"What are you doing here! Yvette has already spent five years in prison, isn’t that enough for redemption? What more do you want?" Caden stood protectively in front of Yvette Aston, glaring angrily at Jayden Grant.

"Redemption?" Jayden Grant laughed. "How can she ever repay what she owes ? Maybe I’ll just kill this little bastard?"

Yvette looked at Jayden in horror, knowing he wasn’t joking.

Kneeling in fear on the ground, Yvette pleaded humbly and helplessly. "Jayden, I promise I will do what you ask, just spare , give a few days, please, I’m begging you."

She just wanted to co back and spend ti with her child.

Even just for a few days, is that too much to ask?

"Yvette! Get up! He wouldn’t dare do anything to us." Caden looked at Yvette in pain.

She wasn’t like this before.

The Yvette of the past was like a white rose nurtured in a greenhouse, but now...

"I can’t do anything to you?" Jayden laughed. "Caden, are you completely ignorant about how the real world works?"

With a wave of his hand, Jayden’s bodyguards rushed forward, punching Caden.

Caden was tall and sturdy, having worked on construction sites for years, he was naturally able to fight.

But Jayden had more n; five bodyguards against him, he quickly fell at a disadvantage.

"Stop... Jayden, Jayden, I’m begging you, stop." Yvette cried, kneeling in front of Jayden, pleading for him to stop. "I’ll do whatever you want, just spare my brother, I’m begging you."

"Don’t beg him!" Caden shouted uncontrollably, trying to save his sister, but he couldn’t break free from the bodyguards. "If he has the guts, let him kill ."

"Can I really do whatever I want to you?" Jayden grabbed Yvette’s chin. "You’re really despicable."

"Don’t touch my mom!" Sumrs lunged forward, biting Jayden’s hand.

Jayden’s eyes darkened, looking at this little bastard in front of him, raising his hand as if to hit.

"Pa!" The slap didn’t land on Sumrs’ face, but on Yvette’s.

Yvette pulled Sumrs over protectively, looking at Jayden with caution and anger. "Don’t touch my son."

The current Jayden was truly disgusting to her.

What disgusted her more was that she had loved this man for many years.

Seeing Yvette protecting that bastard, Jayden’s anger grew even more. "Yvette, even now, you still won’t tell who the father of this bastard is? Why are you protecting his bastard so fiercely!"

Jayden hated Yvette for never telling him who the father of the bastard was.

Yvette held onto Sumrs tightly, both mother and son like beasts ready to bite at any mont.

Seeing Yvette silent, Jayden grew more furious. "Take them both back for !"

"Yvette! Sumrs..."

Caden rushed forward intending to stop them, but was knocked out by a bodyguard.

"Bro!" Yvette cried and tried to rush over, but was forcibly stuffed into a car.

Jayden was right, they couldn’t fight against power.

In this lifeti, they were destined to be trampled underfoot by them.

The car stopped in front of Grant Villa, Yvette held Sumrs vigilantly, looking at Jayden. "What do you want to do?"

"For this month, don’t think about going anywhere, stay here obediently, get your body in shape, and a month later donate a kidney to Charlotte." Jayden got out of the car, shaking off the hand bitten by Sumrs. "Little wolf cub."

"Young master... have you noticed?" The driver got out and whispered to Jayden. "This child actually looks quite like a Grant?"

Jayden was stunned for a mont, instinctively turning back to look at the little one in the car who refused to co out.

Indeed, there were features resembling the Grants.

But soon, Jayden’s face sank again, coldly warning the driver. "You’re talking too much!"

Jayden was very clear, he had never touched Yvette.

Back when he was dating Yvette, he treasured her like a gem, thinking he would never touch her until their wedding day, yet it was she who couldn’t bear the loneliness and had relations with another man!

"Get out!" The housekeeper went to get Sumrs out of the car, but Sumrs, like a little wolf cub, remained hiding in the car, refusing to co out.

The housekeeper lost patience and raised her hand to hit Sumrs only to be bitten by him.

"You little beast, how dare you bite ." The housekeeper picked up a broom to hit Sumrs.

Yvette instinctively shielded the child in her arms, the blow landing on her back hurt, but she was used to it.

"What’s all the noise?"

On the second floor of the Grant house, a man’s voice ca from the balcony, low and deep.

The housekeeper turned around in fear, repeatedly apologizing. "Young master, I’m sorry, I was being hasty and disturbed your rest."

The man frowned slightly, his gaze settling on Jayden.

"Bro... why are you back?" Jayden’s heart skipped a beat. Ethan Grant typically never returned ho, why was he here today?

"Why? Can’t I co back?" Ethan asked coldly.

Jayden imdiately lowered his head. "I didn’t an that."

Everyone in ridia knew that the Grant Family wasn’t easy to get close to, and the entire Grant Family was supported by Ethan.

This man, with his capability and family background, was soone no one in ridia dared to provoke.

In the car, Yvette’s fingers holding the child stiffened for a mont, as she thought, this voice... why does it sound sowhat familiar?
