The pain eroded by the Abyssal Divine Power vanished without a trace, and even her weakened body was sowhat restored.

When the light of recovery disappeared, she held his gradually cooling body in a daze, as if she had fallen into hell.

"What a pity, if only you, Rephya, were willing to have a child."

He laughed three tis, then moved no more.

Rephya looked at the black blood staining her palms and remained silent for a long ti.

"I’ve lost him."

Aisha’s voice was very calm.

Soon, Chloe’s body regained its warmth.

A cold and cruel aura spread from him.

Rephya instinctively stepped back, only to see "Chloe" sit up straight.

A flash of delight crossed her eyes.

He was still alive.

Just as she was about to speak, that unfamiliar voice seed to cast an Immovable Spell.

That wasn’t Chloe.

"Why insist? If you’re truly unwilling to lose the self, you could have discussed with . Becoming my demon is not impossible, why suffer so?"

The existence seed very angry.

With a wave of its hand, a pitch-black Spatial Rift appeared, and it stepped into it with Chloe’s corpse, leaving only a sentence:

"Your na is Aisha, right? Take good care of his child."

...

In reality.

Chloe felt his soul withdrawing from the life simulation.

Very soon, he returned to his body.

He had returned after dying prematurely.

A smile.

Abyssal Will, this ti I won.

However, having already detached from the simulation, he did not notice that at this mont, Rephya was still lying in bed, her face full of pain.

The simulation...

was still ongoing.

[Only after leaving this place were the dust-laden past events revealed]

[Aisha tells you, that night in the Jade Forest, Chloe asked her if she’d agree to a condition: to bear him a special child. As a price, he would revive her brother]

[At that ti, Aisha agreed without hesitation, for her brother’s Life Energy was still dissipating. If not saved soon, he would pass away]

[But after she did her part, upon learning Chloe’s plan was to conduct an Abyssal sacrificial ritual to gain power, she doubted if she had stepped into a pyramid sche]

[Chloe, however, told her he had no intention of becoming a demon’s pawn, and had a way to prevent this from happening]

[In Aisha’s presence, he conducted a small blood sacrifice with an Abyssal Believer, and the Demon Power obtained was completely sealed by his Life Energy]

[He told her that to repair the Life Origin, he needed to quickly advance to Sequence Two, but her brother’s body couldn’t hold on that long; thus, he had to take an unconventional path]

[He solemnly promised her he would only die as a human, and never beco a demon. Aisha, under the moonlit night, was ultimately coaxed into believing]

[They devised a plan to deceive everyone, steal Abyssal Power, and leave after effortlessly gaining it]

The simulation continued.

Rephya watched as Aisha, wrapped tightly in a black robe, stood before the tombstone she erected for Chloe, not leaving for a long ti.

Rephya compassionately held Aisha’s hand and said:

"Aisha, Senior wouldn’t want to see you like this."

Aisha smiled and said,

"Actually, I’m not that sad. At first, I didn’t react and was fooled by him, but after following him for a long ti, I realized he hid many things. I still don’t understand why he needed this power."

Rephya remained silent.

She vaguely had a suspicion.

The Flesh and Blood Hermitage had once targeted Senior Sister Fufu.

In the second simulation, Senior had also taken action against the organization early for Senior Sister’s safety before moving against the Desire Mother Tree.

Could it be, was it for Senior Sister?

"Are you thinking of Senior Sister Fufu? No, they’ve always kept in touch, but it shouldn’t be just for her."

Aisha laughed, shaking her head, saying:

"Forget it, it doesn’t matter. Anyway, I was willing to be deceived by him, just that this person left just as the child was growing up."

Seeing Aisha smile, Rephya finally breathed a sigh of relief.

It seed Aisha had put the matter behind her.

"Do you have ti? Rephya, accompany for another walk, will you?"

At this ti, Aisha had already advanced to Sequence Five, an existence typically regarded as a Legend before the Dawn Era.

Most Mazes, she could easily traverse.

Rephya and Aisha went to many places.

To the isolated island where Chloe departed.

To the A-level Maze, the Desolate Plain, where she and Senior had previously gathered materials.

To the B-level Maze, the Land of the Salt River, where she had forcefully entered while searching for them.

...

They traveled for a long ti.

Finally, Aisha patted Rephya on the shoulder and said:

"Rephya, you should start living your own life, and so should I."

Rephya exhaled a soothing breath.

She didn’t dare leave because she was afraid Aisha might act impulsively.

When she prepared to leave, she heard Aisha sighingly say:

"It’s been so long now."

She smiled, turned her head, and stepped into the night.

After returning to the academy, Rephya felt increasingly uneasy.

She sensed sothing was going to happen.

She called Aisha, but Aisha didn’t pick up.

She imdiately ran to Aisha’s house, wanting to check on Aisha’s situation, but Aisha’s parents inford her that Aisha had asked them to help take care of her child, saying she had sothing to do outside.

Rephya began to panic.

She had a sudden inspiration and imdiately used her teacher’s managent authority to check the entry and exit records at the Duel Plaza.

As expected, she found Aisha.

She had applied to enter the artificial Maze, Jade Forest.

Rephya hurried there.

The Jade Forest at night was deathly silent.

She searched for a long ti and saw a small tombstone by the river.
