Chapter 168: Pay The Price
"Where are you wifey?" Zach asked Keira from the other line of the phone. He was going to take a break for a while. He called Keira as soon as he got back his mobile phone to find out where she was, because he badly wanted to go straight to his wife.
"I’m at Nami Island right now to cover the charity event. Tonight is the last day of the event and I will fly back by noon tomorrow. Where are you right now? Are you coming back ho? Why are you asking
all this? " asked Keira in a row. An inexplicable excitent suddenly filled her heart hearing her husband’s sexy voice from the other line as she also hoped that Zach would tell her that he was coming back to see her.
She heard Zach chuckle as he said, "Hmm, not yet I’m still stuck with the guys. I was just missing you too much so I sneaked out for a brief call with you."
Then he added, "Why? Is my wife anticipating the every corner honeymoon that we had planned? Don’t worry wifey, I will prepare well and even buy so energy boosters but I don’t think I need any energy boosters though. Just by looking at you I can be energized enough to reach our goal in just one day... and..."
"Stop!" Keira exclaid as her face turned deep red of embarrassnt with Zach’s teasing. It’s a good thing that they were only talking through phone. She heard Zach’s loud laughter from the other end so Keira crumpled her face and with pouted lips she said, "Stop teasing
by reminding every corner of our condo units. You’re not even present in here to fulfill that dream yet, so can you not stop that every corner talk till you co back? Hmp!"
"Alright my moody falling star... But how co I feel that you don’t miss
the way I miss you? Looks like you are too busy to think about
there?" Zach stated in a grieved tone.
"Of course, I miss you my General. Every morning when I wake up the first person i think about is you hubby... I don’t have words to explain the emptiness I feel without you by my side. Co back as soon as possible and I will definitely please you in every possible way, in all the rooms as well as in every corner of our condo units." Whispered in a jest, Keira a bit bashful.
Zach grinned as he quickly said, "I have to go now. I’ll see you soon. I miss you too much..."
Then the call ended. Keira bit her lip as she tried not to cry because of her longing for Zach. Little did she know that Zach imdiately drove to the airport to catch the latest flight available to Nami Island.

"Sir, we found a trace of an aphrodisiac drug in your body. This drug is banned in our country because it’s considered as an illegal drug and can be lethal if used in high dosage." Said the doctor on the other line who conducted the test analysis to Jeru’s sample sent back to the City this morning.
As soon as Jeru ended that call, one of his n inford him that they had caught the two waiters responsible for taking him inside that room where Thea was also in last night.
"If you don’t blurt out the truth, I will make sure you two will have a lifeti imprisonnt in jail or worse, maybe I’ll just let you drown to your death and then feed your bodies to the sharks in this Island." Exclaid Jeru furiously. Two of Jeru’s n prepared the drums full of water, they were ready to torture the two waiters who exchanged fearful glances.
After a few more minutes both the waiters with gasping breaths shouted and blurted all they knew, "It’s a woman who approached us and offered us a generous offer." Then they both narrated what was instructed to them. Jeru’s n were fast as they gathered all the data for Jeru’s checking.
"Investigate them both! I want to know every single detail about them!" Jeru exclaid pertaining about Thea and Chin, who were both involved in what had happened last night. He couldn’t believe that they had the nerve to plan sothing like that on him and Keira. Before he beca a CEO, he was a General!
And whoever dared to cause harm to him and especially Keira, would pay a heavy price for it!!!

Keira prepared for the last night of reporting regarding the Charity Event. This night was very much anticipated because a very well known actress, a superstar, Brione Park, who took the world by a storm would also attend the event tonight. She was Brione Park.
"Gavin, as you can see a lot of fans are here outside the hotel waiting for Brione’s arrival. Most of the people in here, as I said before had been waiting from late noon until now to make sure they will have a chance to see their Idol. Back to the studio..." Keira reported live.
"Alright, that’s our Reporter Keira who was live right now to keep us updated on the second day of the first biggest and extravagant charity event held by the Governnt." Gavin reported in the studio.
Keira looked stunning in her coral pink fitted gown with lace bodice and deep pruning neckline along with open back and side leg slit style. She was so gorgeous that many fans even asked a picture with her as if she was a celebrity. A lot of them even recognized her as the new gorgeous reporter already.
"I can’t believe that the new reporter of Cooper Network looks so very beautiful in person. Oh my gosh I’m so sorry about this but can I please have a picture with you. I feel like I’ve seen another Idol like Brione," comnted one of the fans waiting for Brione and Keira nodded with a smile.
Keira had been standing outside the hotel, waiting for Brione’s arrival from a long ti. She was starting to feel the chill on her bare skin.
’The heck, what’s taking her so long?’ she mused complaining as she began to tremble a bit. She did not expect the sudden change of weather to colder side tonight because last night it was humid and warm..
She rubbed her hands to keep herself warm and wished she had a coat with her when suddenly a coat hugged her body from behind which startled her, and before she could turn to say sothing, the familiar scent hit her nostrils and the warmth that she loved to dwell in wrapped her entire body.
As she was consud in breathing in that masculine scent, her ear felt a warm breath whispering to her, "Who allowed you to wear sothing revealing like this and let other n to drool on it? I hate it. Only I am allowed to feast on the beauty of this body..."
