"I’m sorry!" Chen Zheng said, taking a step forward and patting Fu Yu on the shoulder.

Gritting his teeth, Fu Yu looked up and forced a smile at Chen Zheng. "It’s not your fault. Their appearance caught us off guard; we weren’t prepared at all."

At this, he looked at Chen Zheng again and, seeing his deathly pale face, stamred, "You..."

"This is no ti for sorrow. The war isn’t over." Chen Zheng glanced at the fallen Night Watchers on the ground, a bitter smile on his face.

"I know!" Fu Yu wiped the tears from the corners of his eyes and stood up. "I’m a superhuman now. I’m going to give that Red Ghost everything I’ve got!"

"Lead the way!" Chen Zheng ordered. "The rest of you, secure this area. Once reinforcents arrive, relocate to another position."

That’s right. There was no ti to grieve. The war raged on, for a large number of fierce ghosts had already descended upon Yanjing.

Fu Yu gave Chen Zheng a quick, firm hug and spoke a few words into his headset before turning and striding forward.

「 」

Upon reaching a clearing, Chen Zheng looked up at the sky. Faintly visible, a shuttle-shaped spacecraft hovered in place.

Behind him, the mbers of Squad 6645 stood ready.

"Move out!"

With the command given, Chen Zheng strode forward. To win this war for humanity’s survival, they had to either destroy that spaceship or capture it.

High in the sky, two fierce ghosts—one gold, one purple—were on the move, their attack aid directly at Chen Zheng and his companions.

Although the two young won were terrified, they gripped their weapons tightly. They looked at Liu Shiqi; as a fellow woman, they were struck by the fact that they had never seen even a trace of fear in her eyes.

In fact, the people Chen Zheng had brought with him weren’t afraid at all. On the contrary, they were almost excited, their spirits fueled by a simring anger.

The two of them didn’t understand this change in themselves, but seeing the confidence on each other’s faces, an inexplicable sense of calm settled over them.

Fighting one against three, Chen Zheng was being completely crushed. Yes, crushed.

However, just then, a dragon’s silhouette materialized behind him. Chen Zheng’s eyes snapped open, and he lifted his head.

At that sa mont, sothing astonishing began to happen within Chen Zheng’s body, leaving all who watched dumbfounded.

A hurricane whipped up around him, and in that instant, the pillars of the stone forest were blown askew. Simultaneously, the searing power of molten lava radiated outward, lting the nearby stone pillars, while on the other side, a layer of frost spread across the ground.

Three great powers erupted at once!

This sudden turn of events left Qian Hao and the others with no ti to react. They could only watch as Chen Zheng charged at one of the enemies, unleashing a Dragon-Slaying Slash!

Under the night sky, three bright moons, much like Earth’s, cast a faint yellow glow. As Chen Zheng moved, the very moonlight seed to be sliced in two.

The blade’s energy erupted. Yan Xiu wasn’t very powerful to begin with, and as the force of the attack sucked the air from his lungs, his body faltered for a split second. He had no ti to react before a flash from Chen Zheng’s blade cleaved him in two!

Most of his body was incinerated, leaving only stark white bone, while the other half was frozen solid.

A one-hit kill—on a Fla Decimation! A purple-skinned demon just obliterated a Fire Shrivel!

At this, everyone in the stone forest was left dumbfounded.

"AHH!"

"AHH!"

"AHH!"

Three shrill screams of agony suddenly pierced the sky.

"Chen Zheng, stop them! Don’t let them escape!" Ming Hao roared. "If they get away, we’ll all pay a heavy price!"

Even if he hadn’t said it, Chen Zheng understood. He sighed softly and looked at Qian Hao. "The desperate struggle of the dying."

WHOOSH!

At that sa mont, Chen Zheng’s aura surged to new heights.

Below, Xiao Zhan and Xia Ning stared as if their eyes would pop out of their sockets.

They had never imagined that Chen Zheng and his group could be this powerful.

ROAR!

Just then, an enraged roar echoed from the void.

Chen Zheng gathered all his True Qi and slashed out with his sword. Instantly, a scorching fla enveloped the True Qi, illuminating the entire forest before soaring into the sky.

The golden fierce ghost continued to explode!

It was a complete rout, an utterly one-sided battle.

Silence fell once more.

No one knew what level Chen Zheng would reach in three years. He was so young, yet he already possessed the body of a Saint. What more could he achieve in another three years? No one knew.

With the explosion of the last Screar, the entire warship was left without a master.

This was the beginning of a true interstellar voyage.

「Years later.」

Earth, Donghai City. A grand, eight-star restaurant towering over a thousand stories high.

By this ti, Earth had reached the pinnacle of a Level Four civilization, capable of constructing thousand-story skyscrapers.

Today, however, this massive restaurant, capable of hosting several hundred thousand guests at once, was filled to capacity.

An elderly man in a suit stood at the entrance, a look of embarrassnt on his face. Beside him stood a stunning woman in a pure white wedding gown.

"Weddings here are so interesting! I want to find a husband here, too!"

The speaker was Qing Qing, the eldest daughter of the Fire Kingdom Emperor, who was marrying Zhuo Ming today. She walked up to him now with a radiant smile, gazing at him with pure adoration, finding nothing repulsive about him in the slightest.

This was a cultural difference. On the Primitive Continent, strength was supre. News that Zhuo Ming had defeated an expert of the Fourth Heaven in a single move had already spread across the entire Origin Continent, leaving everyone else in his dust.

Liu Shiqi walked over to her and asked with a smile, "Is that so? How about I help you find a Night Watcher?"

"You should worry more about yourself!"

Outside the restaurant, a massive celebration was underway, with nurous Night Watchers standing guard. Countless reporters were filming the event.

"That old bastard has no sha!" Lyu Yang muttered, holding a beautiful woman in his arms. "Finding a chick like that at his age... The lucky son of a bitch."

In the distance, Ao Ming and his companions spoke up. "Where’s Chen Zheng?"

The Starry Sky Gate had reopened and was not sealed. This ant the two worlds were connected, and they could travel between them as they pleased.

"Don’t know!"

"He was here just a mont ago!"

「anwhile, on a beach in Donghai City.」

Chen Zheng stood alone.

Seventh Uncle!

"You... you knew I was here?" the man asked, looking at Chen Zheng with a wary expression.

"I’m surprised you managed to survive." Chen Zheng glanced at him. "You’ve returned safely, and the Heavenly Emperor is dead, so just live your life quietly. I’m sparing you as repaynt for the help you once gave . That’s all."

"I... I won’t do anything foolish!"

"Good." Chen Zheng looked unconcerned. "My old man is getting married. I have to go."

With that said, Chen Zheng’s figure flashed, and he reappeared back at the restaurant.

The wedding was about to begin.

"Where did you just run off to?"

"Just teaching an old man a lesson!" Chen Zheng replied. "Don’t worry about . Go on, give him a show to rember!"

The group chatted as they walked on.

"Huang Huang... this prosperous age... is this what you wanted?" Chen Zheng murmured, gazing into the distance before looking up at the vast sky.

「At that very mont, deep within a different dinsion.」

Jiang City. At a construction site, Chen Zheng collapsed to the ground, tightly clutching a divorce agreent. A rcedes-Benz sped away, kicking up a cloud of dust, leaving Chen Zheng with a look of utter misery on his face.

A woman in a sharp black suit walked in from outside, heading straight for Chen Zheng. She was a pretty young girl who quickly approached him and said, "Mr. Chen Zheng, hello."

"You are..." Chen Zheng looked up, a flicker of surprise in his eyes.

"I am Jiang Wanning."
