1141 Afraid of Comparison
Suddenly, Alyssa’s phone rang. She received a text ssage.
She took her phone out to take a look at it and decided not to continue bothering with Lucas here. Instead, she pulled Leila’s other arm and said, “Leila, let’s ignore him. Mr. Dunne just texted to say that he’s already booked a private room in the Hampton Restaurant. Let’s head over now in my boyfriend’s car!”
Bethany chid in, “Since Mr. Dunne has already made reservations, we’d better not keep him waiting and get going now!”
