The ti limits between uses weren't set by the system to be very high for two reasons. First, the ti flow rate wasn't as high as it was in the Primal dinsion, and the other reason was that the physiques of the cultivator of the Sacred dinsion weren't weak like the Primal one.
For the sale of the products, the rule was identical.
The system didn't prohibit the sales of pills and weapons to custors for making a profit in secret. Once found, the system would blacklist that custor.
But for the cultivation arts, the system strictly forbade the sale of them.
The system would actively monitor every sale of cultivation art, and once it found soone breaking the rule, the store would not only snatch the cultivation art back but also blacklist them.
