Chapter 841: The Strongest Elf Race!
The sun set down on Thorr city, bringing the darkness back. The world remained the sa for many people as it continued to operate similarly.
Many stores shut their door down and announced the end of the day. It included one famous store on seventeenth street as well.
The quest had finally begun today, but it was still far away from completion. Aakesh stood up from his chair, went to the door, and closed it, bringing an end to another unfruitful day.
There were still four days left after today, so Aakesh wasn't much worried about the quest. The required custor limit wasn't very high, so Aakesh believed the store to complete the mission one day before.
After closing the store, Aakesh turned around and looked at Lily. The next mont, both of them disappeared from the store's hall and appeared in the selection area.
Lily took one last glance at Aakesh and then disappeared from the selection area after choosing her usual training environnt.
Aakesh turned to his left as he closed his senses. He then went to the weapons section and picked one.
Aakesh then went to his right and pressed the switch after choosing the training environnt. The next mont, space cracked open in the shape of a portal and sucked Aakesh inside.
Aakesh's senses got unlocked after appearing here, so he found what his weapon was for today's battle. It was a weapon that Aakesh had used the most since the mont he had opened his eyes, bow.
After coming to the Sacred dinsion, Aakesh had decided to start the weapon selection. Even though he had only used the bow several days ago in the Primal dinsion, he still randomly chose it today.
The next mont, a familiar blue screen popped out of nowhere in front of him.
Aakesh had been seeing this screen for the past several centuries, and his body had already beco accustod to it. Aakesh didn't even had to think when his hands acted. He chose to start the fight from the first round rather than going to his yesterday's last stage of the battle.
The next mont, a transparent light washed over the entire area and the familiar battle arena presented itself to Aakesh.
At the sa ti, Aakesh also sensed another living being on the stage. He slightly turned to his right and caught sight of his opponent for today's round. Aakesh couldn't help but beco surprised when he saw his opponent.
It was a humanoid being with skin as dark as space. There were shining dots spread across the body as if it were a living space itself. Two pairs of eyes with arrow like eyebrows gave the creature a terrifying look.
The creature's eyes had black sclera, but in place of pupils, different colored stars were there. Each eye had a distinctly shaped planetary body.
Two pointy ears sharp enough to pierce even the toughest of skins welcod Aakesh's sight. Silky black hair flowing like a waterfall adorned the creature.
As soon as Aakesh saw the creature, the creature's race's specifics popped into his head.
It was simple to distinguish the creature group thanks to its pointed ears and nose. It was the most powerful of the various groups that made up the Elves. This creature belonged to a race known as Cosmic Elves.
Cosmic Elves were the first group of creatures created by the Primordial World Tree. The combined amount of ti taken by the World Tree to create all the other Elves groups of races wasn't even one percent of what it took the World Tree to create Cosmic Elves.
Across the Multiverse, the Cosmic Elves had a title that was spread among the knowledgeable, The Protector of the World Tree. The World Tree created this race solely to act as its guardians.
Elves were known for their beauty across the Multiverse, but the Cosmic Elves were an exception to that. Their features were terrifying and overwhelming, entirely opposite to the delicate looking Elves.
The Cosmic Elves were also the only group of Elves that had direct communication with the World Tree after it sent all of its creation out to spread across the three dinsions.
The Cosmic Elves were so terrifying because each Cosmic Elf was born with a bow made of the branches of World Tree. The Cosmic Elves only gave birth every trillion years since the World Tree nurtured them. The Cosmic Elves were unable to procreate since their sole reason for existence was to protect the World Tree in case of any harm.
The World Tree's efforts for the Cosmic Elves bore fruit, as the first three Cosmic Elves had already surpassed the strength of the World Tree, while the fourth was on the verge of doing it.
As a result of the birth of Cosmic Elves, the strength and status of the World Tree had significantly expanded in the third dinsion.
The World Tree was already an overlord-level creature, so for it to have three creatures even stronger than it working under it was a strong power in the third dinsion.
The Cosmic Elves were also known as the most skilled archers born in the Multiverse after the Devas. Even Arjuna, whom even Aakesh respected due to his archery, was only equal to the leader of the Cosmic Elves in archery skills.
Aakesh had randomly gotten the bow for today's battle, and his opponent for the day also turned out to be a mber of the race of most skilled archers. Now it was what Aakesh called a heavenly encounter.
Aakesh stood at the peak of archery like his other talents in the Primal dinsion, but the sa wasn't the case in the Sacred dinsion.
To have his first archery battle with a Cosmic Elf was no less than a gift from the sky for Aakesh. Aakesh's blood boiled with excitent since archery was his favorite system of battle.
While Aakesh's gaze grew hot thinking about the battle, the Cosmic Elf, on the other hand, looked at Aakesh with narrowed eyes.
'Mother's branch!' The Cosmic Elf thought as she identified the material used to construct her adversary's bow.
Her gaze grew serious as both opponents had the sa weapon level. All that would matter in the battle would be how skillfully they both used their archery skills.
