Chapter 1254: A New Day for the Store(1)
The sun rose on Thorr and its nearby cities, forcing the darkness to return. It was the beginning of a new life for many, while life played out as usual for the residents of Seventeenth Street.

After Maria left, another custor took her place. It was Favan. He then paid for Panagea and hurriedly proceeded toward the room.
Favan was the first custor to enter the store in the Sacred Dinsion. He had an early start over other custors in Panagea and wanted to keep at it for as long as possible.
His lead over other custors stayed for years, but as the number of adventurers grew, he felt his lead shrinking, and now he was out of the top thirty, forget being in the top three.
If it had been Favan before entering the store, he would have acted indignant for years due to that. When he entered the store, he believed himself to be a man of destiny.
But as he saw one powerful cultivator after another enter the store, his outlook started to shift. His character beca humble; he no longer treated himself as a man of destiny.
It didn't an that he gave up on his goal of being the top adventurer in Panagea. He still aid to be the top-ranked adventurer and worked hard for it.
He touched the closest empty virtual portal, and the next mont, he was sucked inside, appearing in Panagea on the spot where he was a day before exiting Panagea.
Favan had been busy learning combat over the past several months. Adventurers were immortal in Panagea since they could revive unlimitedly, and Favan also used that attribute to complete his quests.
But as his level grew, he found that the unlimited revival only allowed him to live again, but it didn't help him beat his opponents. As the power level increased, so did the strength.
It no longer mattered how many tis Favan revived from the dead in the middle of the battle. He was dead again the next mont.
Favan understood his weakness when it ca to fighting, so he decided to postpone increasing his levels and solely focus on learning how to fight efficiently.

Only the children he had from the Glasson females could fight for the throne. Ruwan was also thrown out of the family once he reached adulthood, and he had been trying to find ways to make himself stronger.
After thousands of years, Ruwan was only a peak Divine Lord cultivator with no hope of stepping into the True God level, but a friend he made completely changed his destiny.
That friend gave him the cultivation art required for stepping to the True God level and treated him as family. After getting directions from the friend, he went to Farren, the training ground for humans left by Arjuna.

His friend was the son of the strongest human in the Sacred Dinsion, resulting in Ruwan's father backing out.
What further angered Ruwan was that his father saved the guy when he should have been the one to punish the man for committing such an evil sin.
That mont generated such hatred in Ruwan's heart that he declared the Glasson family an irreparable enemy in his heart. He vowed to kill every last mber of the Glasson family that day, leaving only him as the sole blood relative to that family.
Ruwan wasn't strong enough to kill his father, but the rage in his heart didn't allow him to let his stepbrother live. In a blinding rage, he announced a challenge to the guy.
Ruwan's father accepted it since he also wanted to eliminate Ruwan. He saw the hatred Ruwan carried for him in his eyes.
