Xi Luo didn’t really want to steal the child, but because of Shang Yin, she did indeed have a slight change of heart towards human offspring.

Returning to the private dining room, she subconsciously looked for the little one’s figure.

At this mont, Li Qiao and Shang Yu were applying dicine to the child’s palm in the rest area.

Luoyu also couldn’t take the ti to feed Gu Chenn, her heart aching as she gently wiped Xiao Shang Yin’s face and brushed off the dust.

This scene was sothing Xi Luo couldn’t forget for a long ti afterward.

They were the overlords of the South Sea, a couple admired by all.

Yet both squatted in front of their child, earnestly and attentively applying dicine to him.

Shang Yin carried the deep love and protection of Li Qiao and Shang Yu, and this couple, by their words and deeds, influenced their child while also affecting many around them.

...

On Sunday, it was Prince Wu Lv’s birthday banquet.

The banquet was set to be held at the Naypy Grand Hotel in Myanmar.

As noon approached, receptionists at the door warmly welcod guests from far and wide, and ceremonial cars arrived at the hotel one after another.

Inside the hall, there were more than fifty banquet tables, the scene grand and magnificent.

Led by Li Qiao and Shang Yu, the group entered and were promptly seated at the front VIP section.

"What are you looking around for?"

At this mont, Zong Zhan noticed Xi Luo’s glancing around, and with professional instinct, he suspected the woman might be scouting for sothing.

Xi Luo’s answer confird his suspicion, "Looking to see if there are any acquaintances."

Zong Zhan imdiately grabbed Xi Luo’s hand, squeezing it forcefully, "You have many acquaintances in Myanmar?"

Bai Yan took the opportunity to chi in, "All the signature people in Myanmar’s night scene are her acquaintances."

Zong Zhan licked his molars, his gaze turning sharp as he turned his head, "You know the signatures in the night scene?"

"Yes, she often brags about it to ." Bai Yan gestured in Xi Luo’s direction, not caring if it would cause any couple’s quarrel, as soone once said, jealousy makes one unrecognizable.

He was now quite unrecognizable.

Zong Zhan closed his eyes, taking a deep breath, "Xi Luo, co, I have sothing to tell you."

The man said it and then forcibly dragged Xi Luo away, perhaps to settle accounts later.

He almost forgot, Xi Luo once went to the Entertainnt City ’on business’ right in front of him.

Although she was very clean, so bad habits and potential troubles, Zong Zhan needed to preemptively eliminate.

Bai Yan took out a cigarette and put it to his lips, lighting it; he exhaled a smoke ring with much satisfaction, feeling relaxed.

Except for lucky charms, no one should show off their love in front of him.

On the other side, due to the crowd and noise of the birthday banquet, Little White Tiger was forcibly left in the other courtyard.

And without company, Xiao Shang Yin could only sit obediently next to Shang Yu, occasionally looking down at the bandage on his palm.

Seeing this, Gu Chenn with his arms slung, leaned over, "Hey, Xiao Bao, what happened to your hand?"

The little one spread his fingers, mimicking, "Uncle Gu, I suffered a serious injury too."

This was sothing Gu Chenn had said personally yesterday.

Li Qiao and Shang Yu both glanced over, watching Gu Chenn elbow Shang Yin’s head, "Poor little thing. Do you want to sit with Uncle for a bit, I’ll ask Aunt Luoyu to feed us later."

Xiao Shang Yin picked at the bandage on his hand, softly refusing, "No, I can eat by myself."

Gu Chenn chuckled awkwardly a couple of tis, turning away with an embarrassed face.

Li Qiao and Shang Yu exchanged a smile, Shang Yu’s broad palm gently caressing the little one’s head, "Are you sure you can eat by yourself?"

"I can." Shang Yin nodded obediently, those doe-like eyes just like Li Qiao’s when she pretended to be innocent.

The man contentedly picked the little one up and sat him on his lap, opening up his small hand to inspect closely, "Still hurt?"

Shang Yin imdiately offered his chubby hand to Shang Yu’s lips, "Daddy, blow on it and it’ll be better..."

Seated beside, Li Qiao leaned back against her chair, watching the scene of fatherly love, picked up a lemon water and drank half of it.

If given another chance to have a second child, could the second one beco a mama’s boy?

Soon after, the man placed Shang Yin back in his seat, tilted his head to look at her, a smile on his thin lips, "What’s wrong?"

Li Qiao held her glass and glanced at him, "The lab hasn’t been busy lately."

Shang Yu took her left hand, raising an eyebrow with deep aning, "Hmm?"

"The state encourages having a second child."

A deeper smile appeared in the man’s eyes, his voice rich and magnetic, "Encourages, but doesn’t mandate."

Li Qiao pouted, "I want a clingy little girl."

"He Yanmo sticks to you a lot, why not bring her back to raise?"

Li Qiao stopped talking.

Every ti the topic of a second child ca up, Shang Yu’s attitude was consistently firm.

Li Qiao had secretly made quite a few preparations, with various little tricks and ans constantly erging.

But each ti they were seen through by Shang Yu, she was running out of ideas.

About ten minutes later, Zong Zhan and Xi Luo returned.

The two, handso man and beautiful woman, were particularly striking in the crowd.

Especially with Xi Luo’s swollen lips and the three abrupt hickeys on her neck, drawing much teasing and laughter from many.

Who could deny that Zong Zhan was a scheming dog, taking Xi Luo away naturally wasn’t for anything good.

First he cornered her in the stairwell for a hot mont, then taking advantage of Xi Luo’s dazed state, sucked three kiss marks on her neck.

One on the left, one on the right, and one at the front.

Let’s say it was no blind spot, no dead angle.

...

The birthday banquet officially started at noon.

Prince Wu Lv also led his family on stage to make a speech and express gratitude.

Guests who ca to show their support were countless, including mbers of the Myanmar Cabinet Office, along with friendly foreign dignitaries and business luminaries.

During the drinking and mingling, Li Qiao unexpectedly t a long-missed acquaintaince.

"Hi, long ti no see."

A high-footed glass extended towards her from an oblique rear angle, Li Qiao looked back, nodded with a soft smile, "Doctor Luo."

Luo Xi, the psychologist who once treated Shang Yu.

"What a coincidence." Luo Xi raised his glass in greeting, glancing at Shang Yu out of the corner of his eye, "How’s everything, all good?"

Li Qiao lowered her eyelids, "Not bad."

Luo Xi smiled and clinked glasses with her, tilting his head to sip his drink, his gaze swiftly darting over the VIP seats.

Even though nothing was shown, Li Qiao still noticed the fleeting disappointnt, "Did you co alone this ti?"

Luo Xi motioned with his chin towards a banquet table in the back, "Accompanying my father, he thought Old Mr. Shang would be here, so he sent to have a look."

Knowing it was an excuse, Li Qiao didn’t expose it, "Parma is busy, the old man can’t get away."

"Is that so? Then I’ll go back and let my dad know." Luo Xi didn’t linger, exchanged a few polite words then turned away.

Li Qiao watched his retreating figure, shaking her head lightly.

Falling in love with a man from Shang’s, without receiving a response, brings the deepest heartache and sorrow.

Deep affection doesn’t last, extre wisdom leads to harm, that was Luo Xi’s current state.

Outside the banquet hall, Luo Xi stood in the sunlight yet felt no warmth.

She opened her phone, staring at an image of a handwritten oracle, lost in a long mont of daze.

——Being sentintal tends to seem detached, only realizing by the cup, smiles don’t co naturally.
