If she didn’t enter the Special Demon Squad, the initiation wouldn’t count.
She’d have to fight again tomorrow.
It was as if Scarlett Jennings heard, and yet as if she didn’t. Her steps didn’t slow as she left with her group, and shortly after, those watching only saw a flood dragon with soone on its back suddenly soar up outside the academy gate, disappearing into the clouds in an instant.
Chase Russell stared dumbfounded as the two just left, it took a long mont for him to react,

Dashiell seed to finally sense a hint of his Brother Samuel’s aura.
He couldn’t contain his excitent and let out a dragon’s roar, then dove towards that faint aura with his head.
The flood dragon plunged from the clouds with Scarlett Jennings, heading straight down, but unexpectedly, an unforeseen turn took place.
Dashiell felt as if he had suddenly hit so invisible barrier, the speed made him see stars, the silver flood dragon spinning dizzily mid-air for a while.
When he eventually regained his senses, he realized what he had crashed into.

Dashiell was dumbfounded at first, then suddenly realized sothing, shrieked in panic, twisted his dragon body, and darted straight down like an arrow.

With a clear tone, a gentle breeze swiftly caught Scarlett Jennings, slowing her precipitous descent, gradually guiding her towards the golden light beneath.
Despite being in May, the ground beneath was covered in what belonged to the deep autumn—golden yellow.
Covered entirely in ginkgo leaves.
The breeze beneath Scarlett Jennings stirred the layers of fallen leaves, the golden ginkgo leaves swirling around her as she landed.
