Nan Zhuoyuan heard these words and looked at Li Chongbai with confusion.
"Dean Li, she is the Ghost Doctor? Isn’t Ghost Doctor Gu Chuxin?"
Nan Zhou also looked at Li Chongbai with confusion, "Dean Li, I have seen Gu Chuxin, she was wearing the Ghost Doctor’s smiling mask, never revealing her true face, dressed in a cheongsam, and judging by her voice, she must be nearing forty."

Suddenly, he thought of sothing and shook his head vigorously, "No, that’s not right, she cannot be the Ghost Doctor, but she must be closely related to the Ghost Doctor, otherwise, she couldn’t possibly know the Ghost Doctor’s unique needling techniques!"
Facing the confused gazes of the three people, Li Chongbai gasped for air, trying to calm himself down.
"Up to now, there’s no further need to hide it. Today, I will tell you all a secret."
Nan Zhuoyuan and Nan Zhou simultaneously indicated that they were listening attentively.
Pei Yu helped the trembling Li Chongbai to sit down, "Teacher, please take a seat before you continue."

He closed his eyes, then opened them again, sweeping his gaze across the three of them.

"But what nobody knows is that two years ago, the Ghost Doctor passed away. He saved many patients but, ironically, could not save himself."
Upon hearing this, Nan Zhou’s eyes widened, as if he had misheard.
He looked at Li Chongbai, "Dean Li, you aren’t joking, are you? You say the Ghost Doctor is dead, then why would Gu Chuxin be the Ghost Doctor?"
Nan Zhuoyuan also looked at Li Chongbai with a solemn expression, his eyes filled with doubt.
"Yes, Dean Li, my mother has always been in touch with Vice Chairman Gu, and she says that she is the Ghost Doctor, and she is very much alive and well."
Pei Yu stood in shock, his head turning to Li Chongbai to wait for an answer.
Li Chongbai pursed his lips before continuing, "I know you might not believe , but I can say with certainty that I personally organized the Ghost Doctor’s funeral. I buried the Ghost Doctor with my own hands."
Nan Zhou directly questioned him, "Then what’s the deal with Gu Chuxin?"
Li Chongbai held the tea in his hands, reminiscing about the woman in her thirties he had briefly encountered at the Ghost Doctor’s funeral.
He rembered her having an ordinary face, with eyes that even carried a hint of slyness.
"I rember the Ghost Doctor seed to have taken on a disciple, a disciple around the sa age as Gu Chuxin. Maybe Gu Chuxin is that disciple."
Otherwise, he couldn’t figure out why Gu Chuxin could use the Ghost Doctor’s na without anyone exposing her.
Perhaps she was the Ghost Doctor’s disciple, who inherited his mantle as well as the na "Ghost Doctor."
Nan Zhuoyuan frowned, "If Gu Chuxin is the Ghost Doctor’s disciple, then is this Doctor Li also the Ghost Doctor’s disciple?"
Li Chongbai once again focused his attention on Nan Yu in the surveillance, shaking his head with certainty, "No, that’s impossible!"
Nan Zhou directly asked, "Why not?"
Pei Yu also looked at Li Chongbai, "Teacher, didn’t you say her needling technique is the unique technique of the Ghost Doctor?"
A strange emotion flickered in the depths of Li Chongbai’s eyes.
"Back in the day, I was friends with the Ghost Doctor. He told himself that he had only one disciple."
