Song Yingqing locked the number and the docunts together in the safe.

Nan Yu took out her cell phone and glanced at the ti; it was already ten o’clock.

She turned around and said to Song Yingqing, "Yingqing, I have arranged to et a friend at ten-thirty, I’m going to head out first."

Song Yingqing asked with a hint of concern, "Do you want to accompany you?"

Nan Yu shook her head, opened the door, and walked out, "No need, after the eting, I will go straight back to the Huo Family."

Song Yingqing still felt sowhat uneasy, "Then send a ssage when you get ho."

Nan Yu nodded, "Okay."

After descending the stairs, she put on a black duckbill cap.

Upon exiting the community gate, a black car stopped in front of her, and she got in without hesitation.

The black car quickly disappeared into the night.

It was hard to say how long she had driven before Nan Yu took off her cap, revealing her stunning face, and looked up at the driver.

"X, have you prepared everything I asked for?"

X drove with concentration, answering Nan Yu with his distinctive way of speaking.

"Prepared, it’s ready."

Nan Yu leaned back in the seat, "Give them all to ."

X replied, "They are all in the trunk."

Confident in X’s efficiency, Nan Yu reassured, "Then I will take this car later."

X nodded, "Okay, boss."

Nan Yu looked at his tense jawline and took several packets of dicine from her bag, placing them on the front seat.

"X, this is the new dicine I’ve formulated for you. It should help with your stutter. Take it ho and boil two bowls every day, and drink it for a month to see the effect."

X glanced at the dicine from the corner of his eye, his lips tightly pressed, "Boss, my condition has been with since the womb, it can’t be cured. You don’t need to go to such lengths."

"Besides, I speak much more fluently now than before, I think it’s pretty good."

Detecting the resistance in his tone, Nan Yu commanded firmly, "Regardless of whether the dicine works or not, you must drink it for a full month to see if there is any effect."

Seeing Nan Yu’s stern expression in the rearview mirror, X did not dare refuse again.

"Yes, boss, I will finish the dicine."

Hearing the promise, Nan Yu’s expression softened, and she leaned tiredly against the car, gazing into the blackness of the night.

Perceiving this, X sealed his lips and drove in silence.

For a mont, the inside of the car fell quiet.

After a while, the black car left the current stretch of road and headed towards the remote outskirts.

Finally, a factory appeared ahead, and X stopped the car.

"Boss, I’ve been working at this factory to make money lately. You can co to find anyti."

Nan Yu looked at the feed processing factory and nodded, "Okay."

X got out of the car and handed the keys to Nan Yu, "Then boss, I’m heading back."

Nan Yu also got out, took the keys, and then pushed the dicine into his hand, "Don’t forget to take your dicine."

A flicker of pain crossed X’s eyes, but he silently took the dicine packet.

Noticing his expression, Nan Yu laughed lightly, "I know you’re afraid of the dicine’s bitterness, so I’ve specially prepared so sugar for you. If it’s too bitter, eat a couple of sugar cubes."

After saying this, she took out a big bag of sugar from her bag and stuffed it into his arms.

Upon seeing the sugar, a gleam of joy appeared in X’s eyes, and he said, "Thank you, boss."

Nan Yu nodded, waved him off, "Go back, I’m leaving too."

Carrying the dicine and holding the sugar, X briskly climbed back over the wall into the factory.

Once Nan Yu saw he had safely entered, she didn’t linger any longer, driving towards the city.

Realizing it was very late, she decided to go directly to the community where she rented her place.

But just as she parked at the entrance to the community and before she could get out of the car, a burly shadow suddenly blocked the door.

"Miss Nan, our madam would like to invite you to her ho for a visit."
