Arin's grin suddenly widened as he bent down, staring at the Vampire who was still unconscious.

"I have the best torture weapon just for you..."

"Information?" Tessa muttered. "Hmm, I understand."

Arin nodded.

He was about to slap the Vampire to see if he would regain consciousness, but before he could do that, he heard Tessa's voice.

"Wait... How will you make him stay still? I an, you can't just grip his hands together."

Arin squinted his eyes.

"That was actually my plan, but if you have an alternative, you can show ."

Tessa nodded.

Instantly, a blue thick rope appeared in her hand.

She brought it out from her storage ring.

"I guess it'll be better than just holding his hands together," she said as she stared at Arin.

"Sure," Arin said. "Thank you."

He quickly collected the rope from Tessa.

He raised the Vampire up by his hair and brought him closer to a tree.

Instantly, he tied the Vampire to the tree tightly, making sure the rope went around his whole body.

"This should be enough," Arin muttered, confirming that the rope was thick.

The Vampire could probably destroy the rope, but Arin was not so sure of that now, especially due to the fact that the Vampire was in a weakened state and had probably depleted his Blood Energy.

Moreover, even if he destroyed the rope, he wouldn't be able to get past Arin, and Arin was sure that the Vampire knew that.

"Hey, wake up," Arin said as he gave the Vampire a slap on the face.

The Vampire's eyes instantly opened.

His eyes were widened as he stared at Arin and Tessa.

It was as if he just woke up from a nightmare.

As soon as the Vampire rembered everything that happened, he instantly flinched, trying to get away from Arin.

"Huh?"

That was when he looked at his body and realized that he was tied to a tree.

His breathing beca ragged.

"So, I'll keep this short," Arin began as he walked closer to the Vampire. "Tell everything you know."

"And by everything, I don't an you should tell how you were born or whatever."

Arin leaned forward, staring at the red-haired Vampire straight in the eyes.

"I an you should tell everything about how and why you and your companion ca to the human realm, and what you and the other thirteen were planning to do in the village."

Of course, Arin knew that Vaelric was the mastermind behind it all, but he wanted to hear what the Vampire would say so that he wouldn't miss any detail.

There were still a few things he didn't know, and this Vampire would be the one to tell him.

Though, since Vaelric was the leader of these Vampires, the reply Arin expected was exactly what he got.

"I won't tell you anything! I won't betray my master!"

The Vampire's scared expression was still present, but the way he replied to Arin was so fierce.

He was really serious about not saying anything.

Tessa glanced at Chaos before glancing at the Vampire again.

She was waiting to see what Chaos would do.

Arin smirked.

He walked closer to the Vampire.

"You sound really serious..."

The Vampire ignored Arin as he struggled to break free from the thick rope.

He was still weak and hadn't yet regained his Blood Energy, so he was finding it quite hard to do so.

And moreover, his hands were tied to the back of the tree while his body was in front of the tree, so it was also quite hard to use his claws properly.

"Shit..." He cursed in anger as he continued struggling.

But before he could say anything again, Arin suddenly placed his hand on the Vampire's face.

With a grin, he said, "you think I'll just let you go without getting what I want? Think again..."

Before the Vampire could even question what Arin said, a punch suddenly landed on his face, making his head move backwards.

"Ugh..." He groaned as he struggled to open his eyes.

Arin raised a brow, though it wasn't visible because of his mask.

"Look, I don't enjoy doing this, but I can already see that you won't talk. This is the only option I have left."

Arin didn't want to do this for long. It didn't bring him pleasure or anything like that, so he decided to make it quick.

The Vampire's eyes widened once again.

"What the hell do you an!? Look, if you lay a hand on , my maste-"

"But he has already laid his hands on you more than once today," Tessa said, interrupting the Vampire.

She folded her arms and raised a brow, staring at the Vampire.

"I an, he even punched you a few seconds ago, yet I don't see your so-called master anywhere."

"Huh?"

The Vampire blinked, searching for what to say next.

Arin just scoffed at the Vampire's reaction.

"You have one last chance to tell everything. If you do, I won't harm you, but if you don't..."

Arin didn't even need to complete the statent. The Vampire already knew what he ant.

But even with the threat...

"I will not tell you anything!"

Arin nodded in understanding.

"You've made your decision."

He looked at Tessa, who looked at him back before muttering, "set up a sound barrier around us."

"Alright," Tessa said.

She began using her Spell, creating a sound barrier while Arin kept staring at her.

"Tessa, if you won't be comfortable with hearing his screa-"

"I won't leave, Chaos," Tessa instantly said, already knowing what Chaos was about to say.

Her gaze softened as she smiled.

"Don't worry, it won't affect ."

Arin nodded before returning his attention back to the Vampire who for a second, didn't stop talking about how his master would co and kill every single one of them.

Because of the sound barrier, anything that happened wouldn't be heard by those in the village, after all, the village was just directly in front of this forest.

Arin stretched out his hand, and once again, placed it on the Vampire's head.

Tessa just watched, her eyes squinted.

Knives were painful.

The way they tear through the skin...

It was sothing no one ever wanted to experience.

Swords were painful.

The way they were able to cut off a limb...

It was sothing one only wanted to experience in nightmares, and not in real life.

Claws were painful.

They could leave five deep cuts on the skin at the sa ti, and would slowly draw those cuts to make them even wider.

But for Vampires who had a certain numbness to pain, these different pains would be endurable for them.

But there was one thing that most of the Vampires still weren't aware of...

One thing that could cause severe pain to them, and even bypass their slight pain resistance.

Arin grinned as his Mana began flowing out.

The Chaos Elent...
