He released his grip on the fish, causing it to plumt to the floor. Erhuo sprang into action, catching the fish mid-air. Before it could touch the ground, it clamped onto the fish's back with its teeth. Its eyes emitted a covetous erald gleam.
A tiny cat, no larger than a fist, had a firm grip on a one-pound fish. After dropping to the floor, it departed gracefully.
As it moved, it emitted sounds from its throat.
These were not cries; they were expressions of enthusiasm and hunger.
