I caught Ares staring at through the mirror.

I needed to get away from him as soon as possible before he put down on that bed. I’m not sure I could resist those devilish charms anymore.
I walked out of the building and down the stairs, wearing my wide-brim straw sun hat. I spotted the shade where Granny was watching Es painting. She pointed at the colors before applying them.
Gramps was on the deck chair with Loki and Salem. Athena and Isaac sat at the sa spot. Nico and Tori were laughing at sothing.
Seeing this scene, a smile spread on my lips. I felt Ares behind , and I shot him a look, but he simply grinned, taking my hand and walking us toward the shade.
For a split second, I threw a look over my shoulder, staring at the new ho built on the ashes of the old.
