Chapter 692: Chapter 29: Strongest Demon Exorcist
"All you care about is money, you’re reeking of greed." Tuoba Wu snorted coldly, "Always talking about money."
"Aren’t you taking on this mission for money too? What’s so bad about money?" The young lady retorted angrily upon hearing Tuoba Wu’s sarcasm.
"Sorry, I didn’t take this mission for the money. I just wanted to check out the Lost Land. If I had known my mission was to rescue a spoiled young lady like you, I wouldn’t have taken it at all," Tuoba Wu replied coldly.
"You!" The young lady had never been subjected to such mocking before, ready to lash out, when a cup of hot soup was offered to her.
"I’m sorry, don’t mind us." Tianmiao smiled as she handed the hot soup to the young lady.
The young lady smiled back at Tianmiao, accepted the hot soup, and started drinking.
"You should speak less," Lin Duoduo nudged Tuoba Wu with her elbow, advising softly.
"I just can’t stand spoiled, entitled girls like her. They think having family wealth ans they can do as they please and burden others," Tuoba Wu said softly.
"We’ll escort her out, hand her over, and that’s it. We won’t cross paths again. Stop picking on her, it’s none of our business how she behaves," Lin Duoduo replied.
"Got it," Tuoba Wu grunted softly, begrudgingly agreeing.
After leaving the Great Demon’s territory, they began encountering attacks from the demons.
The young lady was protected all the way, not suffering a scratch, and she realized sothing.
These people were really strong, stronger than many Demon Exorcists she’d seen. Though they were young, their strength was terrifying.
As for Tianmiao, the young lady hadn’t seen her in action at all. So the team consisted of three combatants, and Tianmiao had the Space Storage Ability, making it convenient for the trio to work together.
Hold on a second, isn’t Tianmiao supposed to be a Demon Exorcist too? As a Demon Exorcist, it’s impossible not to have combat skills.
That’s indeed odd.
The young lady found it puzzling.
However, she soon put this curiosity aside.

The Demon Exorcists still searching in the Lost Land couldn’t be notified that the mission was over, as the housekeeper had no way of reaching them. They would have to wait till the allotted ti was up and co out on their own. This mission spanned six days, and if they couldn’t find her within six days, the Demon Exorcists could give up, yet still receive a generous reward.
"Thank you." The young lady held her puppy and sincerely thanked Tianmiao.
"You’re welco, we’re just doing our job for the money," Tianmiao waved with a smile.
After thanking Tianmiao and her team, the housekeeper stated that their paynt would soon be transferred to their account, and their information would be promptly submitted to the corporate headquarters to ensure discounts on all future purchases of the corporation’s products.
The young lady quickly boarded an aircraft and left.
Tianmiao and her team leisurely made their way to the airport.
"Tianmiao, where are you guys heading?" Tuoba Wu asked.
"Back to the capital, continue running our agency, and wait for the next mission. But first, we’ll go ho and have a good rest," Tianmiao replied.
"Agency?" Tuoba Wu was intrigued. "Tianmiao, you’ve opened an agency specifically for Demon Exorcist missions?"
"Yes." Tianmiao nodded.
"Can I join? Can I?" Tuoba Wu asked brightly, clutching the candy box in his bag.
