"So?" Jiang Shu was invigorated, "Does this an we’re to take action now?"

"Yes," Wolf nodded, "Let’s bypass Miss Han and go straight for the president; he is of utmost importance now."

"Understood," Jiang Shu agreed, "In that case, we need to move faster to intercept him before Gary makes his move."

----

A man stood up in the surveillance room, where the other staff had already been knocked out and were slumped over at their posts.

There were fifteen minutes left before anyone would discover the staff, while it would only take five minutes for him to reach the president’s office.

That ant, he had ten minutes to commit the act.

He headed out of the surveillance room, donning his hat and straightening his clothing.

Feeling the handgun in the large pocket of his jacket, he felt considerably more confident.

He was wearing the uniform of a cleaner, which allowed him to move freely within the Seges Building.

The rules and regulations didn’t specifically account for cleaners, or rather, the president didn’t have much desire to control them.

As a cleaner, his scope couldn’t be constrained from resigning, nor could his reach extend into that industry.

Picking up the bucket and rag that he had left at the door of the surveillance room, the man turned and walked towards Building X. It was a re mont’s journey for him to cover the five-minute walk.

However, en route he had to avoid the main surveillance areas as much as possible, also avoiding encountering too many staff mbers. After all, a tall cleaner like him was almost non-existent, and anyone seeing him would find it strange.

Right, he could also avoid the tal detectors. Taking the elevator from the underground parking lot would get him past those tal detectors.

His gun was made of high-strength plastic, but the bullet in it still had a tal tip.

Bringing that bullet into the Seges Building had been a considerable effort for him.

With this in mind, his steps quickened even more.

Five minutes later, the man arrived at the location he had scouted from the surveillance room.

A corridor in Building X, with individual offices on one side and the outer glass windows of the building on the other.

He then secured the rope he had on him to the railing one floor above, and the man climbed out of the glass window, letting the rope dangle him outside of the Seges Building as he began to clean the exterior windows.

Within the next ten minutes, his target for the mission would pass through this corridor, and all he would need was to pull out the plastic gun from his pocket and aim at the president.

At this distance, he could hardly miss.

His heart gradually cald down, becoming steady, just like that of a true assassin.

"I... I’m telling you, stop hitting ..." In the detention room, Hughes bit down, spitting out a bloodied tooth; he had finally made it to ten minutes.

If he revealed information now, the leader of the supervision team would surely believe him without question.

"Spill it, what exactly have you been hiding!" A twisted smile erged on the leader’s face.

"Two important clients ca to the company today... Their real identities are police officers. They... They disguised themselves to infiltrate the company for an investigation," Hughes blurted out in one breath.

As long as the police were driven away, Rift would naturally seek revenge for him, right?

Gasping for air, Hughes thought so.
