Having said that, the team leader then wrapped his arm around Hughes’s neck and forcefully escorted him away from the work area.

Hughes’s head turned with the leader’s hand, and in the blink of an eye, he still caught a glimpse of the two people beside Miss Han.

One was tall and turned away from him, while the other gaunt man faced sideways, his gaze landing on him.

Had those two seen him?

They had...

So why hadn’t they co to save him?

Just a word would have been enough to stop that rough man.

Why were they so reluctant?

Everyone was like this, if only each person did a little bit, the chairman wouldn’t be so unbridled, and Liu Sheng wouldn’t have died...

Why were they so unwilling!?

"..."

"Bang—" The confinent room, which was the office next to the work area, had its door violently kicked open.

And it wasn’t until now that the employees in the work area were able to calm down their emotions, just as the leader had thought, they had felt uncomfortable because of his presence.

"Finally gone," a female employee whispered a sigh of relief.

Her female colleague next to her agreed, "Yes, that guy was simply a disaster. When he was here, the supervision team never left."

"If only we could kick this guy out of our team," another man’s voice of complaint rose, "I really don’t see the point in keeping soone like him here. We all reject him so much that we won’t even give him extra orders, aside from the job assigned by the company, he has nothing to do, what’s the fun in just getting the company’s base salary?"

"Stop talking, the supervision team may have left, but the cara is still filming overhead," another male colleague furrowed his brow and stopped their conversation, not because he wanted to speak up for Hughes, but out of pure concern that being discovered chatting could affect himself.

One for all, all for one.

This phrase had always been the company’s motto, and the chairman’s various systems had always been set this way.

Of course, excluding Hughes.

"Tang Jiu, it’s ti to go," Wolf nudged Jiang Shu next to him with his foot.

"Okay, Mr. Diggs," Jiang Shu, standing in the aisle, withdrew his gaze and smiled at Wolf and Miss Han, "Sorry, I just zoned out."

"Please stay focused, Tang Jiu," Wolf reminded.

"Understood." Jiang Shu nodded, indicating he understood, then followed the two.

It seed that Wolf had no intention of intervening in Hughes’s affair; he showed no opinion about Hughes being taken into that separate office.

Perhaps it was because Wolf’s back was to that man, he hadn’t noticed, or maybe for the sake of the bigger picture, it wasn’t worth causing ripples over such a trivial matter right now.

The ten-minute exhibition ended quickly, and the pace of the three people gradually slowed down.

Seemingly perceiving sothing, Miss Han also stopped, bowed slightly to the two n, her professional attire with a low neckline displaying a deep cleavage, then she apologized, "Sorry for the trouble during this ti, just now the chairman inford he will head to the eting room in five minutes, please follow there."

"Sure, but I’d like to use the restroom before that," Wolf nodded, then looked around, "Excuse , Miss Han, where is the restroom here?"

"Turn left at the hallway ahead," Miss Han continued.

"Understood." Wolf responded, and then headed to the end of the corridor. However, after taking a couple of steps, he stopped, turned around, and caught Jiang Shu who was still standing there bewildered, "Mr. Tang would also like to go to the restroom, please excuse us."

Miss Han’s smile was awkward yet polite: "?"

Then the two n hurriedly left and entered the n’s restroom.

"What’s up?" Once inside, Jiang Shu imdiately turned to Wolf and asked, "What’s the rush? Any news from the family?"

Wolf didn’t directly answer Jiang Shu; he circled the restroom and then found a corner, "This is a blind spot for the caras."

"Surveillance? Even in the restroom?" Jiang Shu was taken aback, then walked towards Wolf until his body was within the area Wolf pointed to and continued, "What’s the problem?"

"God called in White Hat from the police station, who just hacked into the Sages Group’s surveillance system. He sent a video," Wolf spoke, then played the video on his wristwatch.

The video showed the surveillance room, a man with a broad back like a bear rapidly working in front of a huge screen, which displayed various angles of the sa person.

A middle-aged man with an arrogant complexion showed the deanor of soone from a higher echelon.

Having read the mission briefing, Jiang Shu and Wolf naturally recognized the man in the surveillance room as the chairman of the Sages Group.

As for that man’s silhouette...

"Gary?" Jiang Shu almost imdiately recognized it; such broad shoulders were not common, and even less so within the Sages Group, it was almost impossible for it to be soone of a similar build.

"I felt the sa way, my judgnt was right, Gary really entered the surveillance room," Wolf replied gravely, "And I guess he’s already pinpointed the chairman’s location and will probably launch an attack soon."
