"Dante, you've also hidden the truth to ." Elise shook her head in frustration. She covered her face as tears leaked out from the corner of her eyes. "It's so funny how the two of you are alike and yet you also ca here expecting to look over what you did, huh?"
"No, Elise!" Dante shook his head. "I ca here to give you the truth and apologize. I'm not expecting anything else after all that has happened. I just want you to be happy. We're nothing like each other!"
"Alexei is my son, isn't he? He's the sa Alexei, right?" Elise asked.
"Yes."
"Then please leave alone for now," Elise spoke to Dante as tears continued to trickle down her cheek. "I don't want to see you or Loriel okay? I need to see my son. If you really love and are looking out for my happiness then you'll understand this much, right? Goodbye."
Without another word, Elise turned away from Dante and left him.

anwhile, Alexei and Loriel were both eyeing each other warily and refused to move away from each other. After everything that Alexei had been through, he was doing his best to hold back from attacking Loriel.
The man who killed his parents was in front of him and if it weren't for Elise's sake, he would have started attacking again.
Loriel, on the other hand, was only fervently waiting for his wife to co back. He did not know if she could find it in her heart to forgive him, but he wanted to be with her and make her feel loved. He would make up for everything he did to her in the past.
Yes, he had got his punishnt, and it was not even for a short ti. Fifteen centuries was quite a long ti for soone to think and reflect on his behavior. However, he realized, it was one-sided. It was his way of punishing himself for his selfishness.
He still had not made it up to his wife. Elise had not seen that he changed, that he wanted to be a good husband to her and make her happy.
Loriel didn't care at all about this young god before him, whoever this boy was was irrelevant to him now.
"I… I can't stand by here and do nothing and wait for her. I need to apologize better and kneel on the ground and beg for her to forgive ." Loriel muttered to himself and then suddenly ran past Alexei.
Before Alexei could shout, Loriel sent a wind blast towards the younger god and sent him backward into one of the buildings to keep Alexei from interfering in this matter. It was not the god's business anyway so he should stay out of Loriel's way.
Loriel located his wife but then stopped.
Suddenly the forr king of Sumria felt like he was stunned by a lightning bolt when he ca to a standstill and saw Elise with… Dante?
It was the Ti Master and the two of them were talking with one another.
Loriel hid himself and overheard the conversation.
Before Loriel could do anything else, Elise ca running out from the street and was focused wholeheartedly on finding her son and didn't see him. She located Alexei in the rubble and let out a cry of surprise.
She knelt in front of the young god and healed him before she suddenly hugged the young god. Alexei was so surprised but then Elise suddenly whispered into the boy's ear and said sothing.
A look of confusion, startlent, and then grimness appeared on Alexei's face before suddenly he started to fly into the air with Elise on his back and the two of them would completely disappear through the clouds.
Loriel who was monts away from jumping to a wrong conclusion of Elise leaving him for soone else was suddenly shocked when the Ti Master ca from the street right after Elise.
Dante stopped in his tracks and stared at Loriel blankly. Unlike Elise, he noticed Loriel's presence hiding and eavesdropping on them.
Originally, the Ti Master was trying to chase after Elise who was going to talk with her son. He was nervous and afraid, but also Dante wanted to be there to apologize to Alexei and to break down the news as gently as possible.
However, now the two forr enemies stood in front of each other.
The two of them were alike in so aspects and shared the sa love and affection for Elise, and yet neither were accepted by the woman right now. Dante's gaze beca cold as Loriel stared at him.
"I killed you already so…" Loriel clenched his fist and growled at the Ti Master. "You fooled ! You kept my wife away from and refused to return her. How are you still alive? I killed you with my bare hands back then!"
Dante stared at his brother's killer and shook his head. "You are a fool and yet one way or another, Elise always cos back to you. I don't understand it at all and yet besides my love for her, I believe it is also right that I avenge my brother today."
"You should have been the one who died that day then," Loriel summoned wind blades all around him and sent the attack towards the Ti Master.
Dante simply flicked out from the wind blades and shook his head. "No. You should have stayed dead."

Elsewhere high above the air, Elise was trying to remove herself from Alexei's back.
"I think I can handle flying on my own. You can put down now," she whispered.
"No, no. You're not used to handling your powers yet," Alexei lectured Elise as if he was the older one between the two of them.
"You told that so jerks are trying to take you with him? Is he so kind of zombie that ca back from the dead? How spooky and I thought Raphael was the creepy one."
"What?" Elise couldn't believe what she just heard.
She had asked her son to take her away from the city because Dante was chasing after her. But she also didn't imdiately reveal that she was his mother because they needed to do it sowhere safer and quieter.
