The tournant to godhood was filled with a great number of individuals from countless realms and Loriel stood among them. His heart was aching and still heartbroken, but he stood tall among the participants and waited for the gods to step forward.
Out of them all, the most despised god ca and greeted the crowd.
"All of you are here for a reason and so I, Dante the Ti God, and my companions welco you to the tournant that may change your life forever," Dimitri spoke and greeted the crowd.
Loriel's gaze imdiately hardened against the sight. If he didn't know that he wouldn't win against Dante right now, Loriel would have already demanded to see his wife again. He restrained his anger for now and waited for the competition to start.
"This tournant will see your capacity to beco a god in your own right and there are naturally many ways for you to win the tournant," Dimitri continued.
A murmur sounded amongst the crowd and a lot of people exchanged looks with one another warily. Loriel didn't bother looking at anyone else and instead, Dimitri only felt like soone was trying to kill him with looks alone.
Dimitri raised one finger. "You can win it through your own strength alone, your natural brilliance and intellect that will help you navigate through obstacles unlike any other and face challenges that no ordinary individual will be able to pass through alone."
A number of those who were amongst the crowd all looked like skilled warriors, archers, and other powerful individuals to Loriel. Most of them might have decided that this was the path that they were going to undertake.
Included among those was the elven archer that Loriel encountered earlier but they were not the only ones who seed determined to take the path of individual strength.
There were also those who looked extrely weak. People in white robes and other simple outfits and yet Loriel could see that they were holding magical staffs, orbs, or magical grimoires. They were also assessing one another.
Loriel couldn't help but wonder if his wife was just like them.
The thought of Elise made his heart ache and he hoped that she was alright. He always dread of the ti that Elise and his child were fine and that all three of them would be reunited once again.
"And of course there are those who have a deep connection with their environnt. Will your attunent to your surroundings help you overco challenges with grace and the least amount of trouble?" Dimitri asked.
Amongst the crowd, the very sa group of satyrs were now all looking very serious as they held onto their musical instrunts. If Loriel looked a bit closer, he would have seen how the ground beneath their hooves was now flourishing with flowers.
The harpy and fairy from earlier seed to be gently sitting atop a breeze without any problem and listening in peace.
"Or perhaps do you have plans to use your charm and form powerful friendships that will help you survive and be among the last ones standing until the very end?" Dimitri smiled and inclined his head.
The crowd of participants all started clapping their hands and among them was also Hilde who seed to have actually ford a small group of people that decided to work with her. All of them seed keen to impress her.
When Hilde looked up and saw Loriel, she quickly grinned and winked at him. She motioned him over to join her. Loriel couldn't help but scrunch up his nose in disgust.
The woman didn't seem to have any personal strength and yet managed to manipulate people into helping her. He had no interest in people like her who would use other people to reach the top.
Dimitri hadn't finished talking. He smiled greatly at all of them.
"It is not only through the aspect of strength alone that people beco gods, or else… Where would individuals like the ever so brilliant God of Knowledge co from? The God of Music was said to have played a song so beautiful that monsters let him pass without question. Now… let us begin."
It was on that day that Loriel's will to reunite with Elise was finally put under the test.

The Ti Master poured the entire amount of his days into research and ensuring that Elise was safe throughout the process of him returning the mories that would make it possible for Elise to wake up again.
Over the course of weeks, Dante would find recovery and improvent. But there were other complications too that would spring up and it actually involved Elise's pregnancy.
Even though Elise was in a state of coma, sohow, the act of giving birth to a young god was enough to cause enough unbearable pain that life flashed before her eyes and she woke up screaming.
It woke up Dante and he imdiately ca to her side.
"Oh no," Dante thought it was good that she had woken up, but now he started assisting her and doing his best to help her undergo this process. "Giving birth, you can do this, Elise. You're stronger now than you were before."
However, Elise was extrely pale and she was actually losing strength. There were tears in her eyes and she didn't look like she was actually understanding what she was going through.
There was even no recognition in Elise's eyes when she frantically looked at Dante nor did she comprehend the reason for the pain.
The Ti Master was by far the most underprepared individual that would co across this kind of situation and before he knew it, the Ti Master would once again ask for help in Cretea.
"The God of Life?" Dante asked himself and knew that explaining this situation would bring him an incredible amount of trouble. He already knew that even when he offered it to Elise.
Most of the gods decided to have children only when they were given express permission.
It was often discussed in a council of gods and goddesses if a new god born naturally was allowed because conflicts and quarrels did still co among them.
And yet suddenly out of nowhere, flowers suddenly blossod within the cave and a woman appeared by the cave hidden in the mountain. She wore a beautiful white robe and walked gently through the entrance.
of coldness.
Eretrea, the Goddess of Earth, Marriage, and Fertility stood outside and gazed at Dante with a look "My descendant is here and you still have brought her to the edge of death. Step aside, Ti Master." Without another word, the goddess ca in and quickly approached Elise with a tender and gentle look on her face.
"Edge of death?" Dante asked worriedly. "What do you an, Eretrea?"
"Giving birth to a god is dangerous and even more so that my descendant is not yet immortal," The immortality, it was her baby that absorbed all of it. I have co far too late."
goddess scowled and placed a hand on Elise's stomach. "When she drank from the goblet of Dante was stunned when he heard the goddess's words. He turned to look at Elise and he instantly felt his heart sink.
