"Do you have any problem?"

He complied with the order and ca to the house imdiately. They were surrounded by an awkward atmosphere, and both of them knew the reason behind the uncomfortable atmosphere.

"Do you think I can only call you when I have a problem? Don't you see as your friend, Kevin?"

Kevin sighed heavily when he heard Julia's question. They indeed had an issue between them, but he didn't expect Julia would ask him a question like that.

"You are my friend, Jule," Kevin answered the lady's question. "I'm sorry if I offended you the other day, but I didn't an to make you upset. I know that it's my mistake."

Kevin knew that it was him who had ruined their friendship, so he decided to apologize.

anwhile, Julia looked at him gloomily. Kevin didn't know what the lady was thinking, and he could only wait for the pregnant lady to respond to him.

"I'm not angry with you, Kev," Julia finally replied. "Your action indeed offended , but I'm not angry with you. If I get angry so easily, it's not good for my baby, right?"

Kevin's gaze fell on the lady's belly, and he could see that the belly got bigger now. He smiled a little at the sight.

"If I make a right calculation, I think you are currently seven months pregnant, Jule? It ans you will only need to wait for two more months for the baby to greet you, right?" The man questioned the lady as his gaze was on the lady's face again.

Julia smiled softly as she brought her hand to caress her belly. "You make a right calculation, Kev," the lady replied. "My baby will greet soon, and we will see whether he will look similar to or Andre."

"He?" Kevin quickly responded. "You will have a baby boy, Jule? How co you didn't tell anything about that before?"

Kevin looked like an enthusiastic uncle when he questioned the pregnant lady. He was so busy investigating the case that he rarely asked Julia about her baby's condition, and he felt bad now.

"Yes, I will have a baby boy, Kev," Julia answered while looking at him with her pair of beautiful eyes. "Andre always wanted to have a baby boy, and he will get a baby boy in two months. He surely will be happy, right?"

Kevin felt a pinch in his heart upon hearing Julia's question. He also knew that Andre always wanted to have a baby boy. His colleague couldn't stop rambling about his dream of wanting a baby boy, talking that he would play soccer with the boy when the boy grew up.

Now Julia would make Andre's dream co true, but the man was no longer in the world. Kevin couldn't help but feel so hurt in his heart.

"He will be so happy, Jule," the scientist forced a smile as he replied to Julia's words. "He will protect your son from Heaven, and I'm sure that he won't be able to stop smiling there."

Julia smiled wistfully when she heard Kevin's response. Both of them missed Andre so deeply. The man had gone for months, but the mories about him remained in their hearts.

"I said that I would stop cooperating with you to investigate the mysterious case, but can you tell the update of your investigation, Kev?"

Kevin didn't expect that Julia would suddenly change the subject. They were chatting casually about Julia's pregnancy earlier, but the pregnant lady suddenly chose to question him about the progress of the investigation.

Kevin did not suspect Julia at all, but he was suspecting Grace Hasler as the mastermind behind all the cris related to the werewolf war and the attacks they experienced.

Luke had warned him not to tell the lady about Kris's situation, and he had agreed with the IT expert. Perhaps he shouldn't tell the details to Julia for now.

"We are still investigating it, Jule," Kevin finally replied. "I'm sorry if it will upset you again, but I will still look for more information about Jaden Dunn."

Kevin tried so hard not to offend the pregnant lady again, and that was why he apologized in advance when he told the lady about the general plan of the investigation.

"Jaden Dunn," Julia suddenly mumbled without looking at Kevin. "He is my boss, but actually I don't know much about him, Kev. Do you know that it's only last year he started working in the Intelligence Agency?"

Kevin raised an eyebrow upon hearing Julia's question. He indeed had found out about Jaden's relation with the case, but he had no ti to investigate the background of the mysterious man.

"Jaden Dunn didn't work at the Intelligence Agency before? Then, where did he work before he transferred to the Intelligence Agency?" Kevin asked the pregnant lady instead of answering the lady's question.

Julia had said that she wouldn't help him in the investigation again, and Kevin didn't have a high hope that the lady would give him any explanation for that.

But, to his surprise, Julia calmly answered his question, "Mr. Dunn is a 58-year-old man who is famous for his strict and disciplined attitude. When he just transferred to the Intelligence Agency, he scolded a lot, and I quite disliked his personality. But, I can understand that his strict character must be related to his previous workplace."

"He is strict, so he probably has the sa character as Mrs. Hasler, right? That's why he can be Mrs. Hasler's right hand even if he just joined the Intelligence Agency last year?" Kevin tried to dig for more information from the lady.

"You can say like that," Julia replied. "They are so strict, and they get along quite well."

Kevin nodded in understanding upon hearing Julia's answer, but then he asked another question, "You said that Jaden's strict character is related to his previous workplace, right? Where did he work before transferring to the Intelligence Agency last year?"
