Ashley was relieved at what she heard. "Sure! Let get my purse first. Do you want to wait here, or are you going to head first to the car?" Ashley asked, starting to walk towards her office.
Tanaga had no choice but to follow Ashley. When they turned to the other side, they saw Sato holding a bag and phone while he couldn’t look straight at them.
"Madam Ashley, here are your things. I’m sorry, I already brought it here because you two might be late for your lunch," Sato explained while giving them to Ashley.
Instead of Ashley taking her belongings back, Tanaga hastily took Ashley’s bag and phone from Sato. He then held his wife’s hand. "Let’s go! I’m starving. Co on so that we can eat or else I-" Tanaga didn’t have ti to finish his sentence when Ashley put her other hand on his mouth to shut him up.
"Hey! Stop it," Ashley said shyly while looking if Sato heard it.
"What? I’m just gonna say that I might pass out because of starvation. Hahaha! What did you think I was gonna say?" Tanaga joked while smiling cheerfully. Then he grabbed Ashley’s shoulder by his arm and left.

When they arrived at the restaurant where Sato had a reservation, the queue was long because it was lunchti. Ashley prepared to go in line, but they were walking straight to the host standing and listing the nas of the custors. She just shook her head when she rembered the person; she had small patience.
"Na?" the host asked without even smiling or looking at them.
"Mr. and Mrs. Jones," Tanaga replied, Ashley was beside him and just holding his arm.
The host listed their na before giving Tanaga a spherical item. "When this lights up, it ans your table is ready. Do you understand?" His voice was arrogant and high enough to draw the attention of the other people in the queue.
Tanaga’s eyebrow rose as he got annoyed at the host. "What are you waiting for? You go there and wait until that thing lights up. Next!"
His patience he was holding faded after he heard it. "I need to speak to your manager right now!" Tanaga was furious while saying those words.
The manager was just on the door and he imdiately approached them to know what was happening.
"Excuse , sir? I’m the manager, is there any problem?" the manager calmly asked while he was staring darkly at the host.
"Yes! First of all, you need to fire this employee. He should never work in front of your restaurant. He should be at the back, washing dishes with that attitude of his," Tanaga declared, eyes furiously glaring at the host.
"Oh, I’m sorry about whatever he has done. Please forgive him. Anyway, what seems to be the problem besides his attitude? I’ll see what I can do to find a redy."
Because Tanaga’s voice was so loud, other custors waiting in line looked at them. All eyes were fixed on them and waiting for the outco.
"I have a reservation for two – he asked for my na, and I gave it to him. Then he handed this, this thing, and told to wait. What kind of restaurant is this that I have to wait when my assistant already made a reservation ahead of ti? What is the purpose of reservations if I’m still going to have to wait? Tell !"
Ashley knew her husband was really furious, so she whispered to his ears to calm him down.
"Tan, it seems their food is not good, let’s just leave here and find another place to eat." Ashley softly cald Tanaga down.
"Are you sure? You can still wait for a while? Anyway, I think it’s for the best. Let’s get out of here," Tanaga snapped. But before he left – out of irritation – he called soone and even put it on the speaker while they were still standing in front of the manager, the host, and the gossip watchers.
[Ola mi amigo! Kumustas!] answered the person on the other line.
"Don’t ’ola’ ! I’m right here in one of your branch restaurants right now. My wife said she thinks your food is not good, hence the deal is off. I’m no longer associating with your company." Then he hung up and didn’t wait for the reply on the other line.
"Let’s go, honey, I was planning to buy the whole company that owns this restaurant, that’s why I wanted to eat here today. But, since you don’t think you’d like the food, never mind," Tanaga proclaid, making sure that he was heard by everyone in the restaurant before they left.
When they entered the car, Ashley pinched him on his waist. "Tanaga Jones, when did you beco boastful? Was this your attitude before we t? I can’t imagine you acted like a spoiled child. You even want everyone to know that you’re a nobody. Wow! I’m scared. Hahaha!" Ashley joked.
"Ouch! Hey, you’ve still not changed. You still like pinching . Well, it is better than your slaps – they hurt more. Hahaha!" Tanaga laughed. He abruptly froze when he realized what he just said.
He stared at his wife. Ashley also stared at him, eyes wide open because of what Tanaga just said.
"Tan, do you rember now?" Ashley asked while her eyes widened, excited to hear her husband’s answer. Tanaga shook his head. His sad eyes made Ashley beco disappointed.
"Ash, I’m sorry. I don’t wanna lie to you and say yes in case you ask stuff I can’t answer. You might get mad at because of that. Do you understand?" Tanaga calmly said to Ashley, who was now leaning on the window, tears wanting to fall from her eyes.
She imdiately wiped them and smiled before facing her husband. "Oh, why are you apologizing? It’s fine, at least you’re regaining your mory bit by bit." Said Ashley trying to be cheerful, but sadness was visible in her eyes.
