Thinking that she was hallucinating, Shi Yao was stunned for a mont before realizing that everything was real. Raising her head, she saw Leng Nuan.

Leng Nuan wasn’t in a hurry to speak. Instead, she took two steps forward and sat down beside her. Opening the bag in her hand, she took out a steaming cup of milk tea, she handed it over to Shi Yao and said, “Drink sothing warm. Be careful not to catch a cold.”

Leng Nuan took a straw and inserted it into the milk tea before stuffing it back into Shi Yao’s embrace. “Here’s your favorite milk green, a little of theirs.”
Shi Yao ca back to her senses and held the milk tea in her hands. The warmth of the tea flowed from her palms all the way to the bottom of her heart, making her mood slightly better.
It was already late at night, and there was no one else on the field anymore.
Shi Yao and Leng Nuan didn’t say a word to each other. They just sat there quietly.
As ti slowly passed by, Shi Yao finished half of the milk tea. She turned around to look at Leng Nuan, who had never asked why she was crying, and asked softly, “Nuan Nuan, why aren’t you asking anything?”
“Asking you what?”Hearing Shi Yao’s voice, Leng Nuan asked, her tone was indifferent as she continued, “Asking you why you’re crying? What’s there to ask? All along, didn’t you say that friends should learn to respect each other? There are so things that they’ll talk about when they want to talk about it, and when they don’t want to talk about it, they should give the other party sufficient space?”
Those were indeed the words that she had always said... when she said those words, she didn’t feel much of it, but when those words ca back to her, Shi Yao felt an inexplicable sense of warmth.
Perhaps it was because the matter had been weighing down on her heart for many days, and it was truly depressing for her. At this mont, with Leng Nuan’s quiet companionship.., shi Yao began to pour out her thoughts in a soft voice, “Nuan Nuan, do you know? I’ve always felt that I have a happy family.
