In the first place, Ling Yu wasn’t convinced to take on a risk and use this ominous looking skill that she got as a dungeon reward.
In reality, it was not even her wish to raid a dungeon that was of a higher class than her. She, a re D class with support skills, wasn’t fit to raid a dungeon higher class than herself. Jiang Rong was supposed to raid this one as a hunter with high class Offense skills.
He is also the one who dragged her into the dungeon despite not taking responsibility to protect her.
Usually, hunters with support skills have lower class than hunters with defense skills. They remain at the back to help high class hunters by increasing their powers for a ti limit, using buffs to overpower them so that they can safely and effectively kill the monsters and clear the dungeon.
However, because Ling Yu also awakened her powers as a support, the Royal Family gained a powerbank free of cost and used her as they pleased, to the point of breaking down.
