"What the hell are you talking about?" Mika said confused.

"I an what I say. I want to free this world." Hecto repeated sternly.

Still, Mika could not really comprehend his words.

"I can understand that it sounds confusing at first but you’ll soon see what I an today."

He turned his back on Mika.

"If you ever decide to work with , then say the word. I will welco you anyti. Until that day, think thoroughly about my words and the impact we two could have in the future."

And with even more confusing words, which Mika could only understand later on, Hecto left.

"Can’t he at least tell why he can’t go further into detail...?" Mika lanted slightly.

[Hecto Togin knows what kind of risks it could cause to you if he had been careless.]

"What? You’re telling he, who attacked , wanted to protect from danger?"

[I know what he wanted to say and it was the right decision to stop there.]

"Then, could you tell about that a little? Just a tiny little bit...?" Mika begged as he was dying from curiosity.

[No. This is classified information which could turn the world upside down.]

"What kind of information can do sothing like that...?" Mika wondered taken aback.

[Just leave it for today. He will tell you about that when the ti is right. Or maybe you will find out about it on your own.]

"..."

Just like the system told him, he did not dive deeper into that topic.

The next day.

"Hm? What’s this...?" Mika wondered nervously.

"Don’t stop and keep walking." Ophelia ordered with a sigh.

When Mika woke up today, Ophelia already waited for him in front of his tent, dragging him to the arena first things first.

On the way, she did not explain anything to Mika.

And now, Mika, the only student present, was reluctantly heading over to the arena’s center, where prominent people, like Norman, Olivia, the Tiam siblings and Lucio were waiting. Of course, so teachers, mainly the first-year teachers, also attended.

"We apologize for calling you so early but everyone here had urgent business with you." Lucio explained apologetically.

"..."

Mika nervously shifted his vision to each of the people present.

"Let’s get straight to the point!"

It was Olivia, who assertively walked over to Mika with a smirk.

"Co to Rostanta!"

"H-huh...?"

"H-hey, big Sis! You can’t cut in line! Big Bro!" Sara complained.

Yarjak sighed as he approached Mika.

"We would be pleased if you’d consider coming to Grat." he said politely.

"Wha-"

"Haha, I guess I must hurry up!" Norman laughed.

"Mika Elbar, the nation of Malnor would be glad having you in their ranks." he said with a smile.

"Ahem." Lucio cleared his throat.

"As you can see, the three nations are trying to recruit you, Mika. Of course, we, Loogam, want you to stay here despite the current circumstances."

"Uhmm..."

Mika was overwheld.

"May I ask what the reason is for recruiting ...?"

"?"

The VIPs looked each other in the eyes.

"Because of your strength." they stated bluntly.

"I should’ve known it..." Mika muttered defeated.

"Mika. Everyone here bore witness to your fight against the Maystra brothers and due to the reports of the invasion, we know of your feats."

"..."

"You wiped the floor with Xander, a potential Grand Order mber, you know?"

"!"

Mika turned his head around and saw Elsa sitting beside Lereon in the stands.

While Elsa had a bored expression on her face, Lereon remained stern like always.

"And during the invasion, you played a big role in defeating not one but multiple high-ranking demons, including their leader." Lereon added, adjusting his glasses.

"It’s just like they’ve said." Olivia said.

"In tis like these, a nation wants to be as prepared as possible if demons decide to attack. So having soone like you would greatly boost the security." Norman stated.

"We will give you anything you want! How do you like living in the palace with us? Or do you want more? Maybe the finest wo- Uff!"

Yarjak hit Sara on her head.

"Heh, so you want to play like this, huh?" Olivia huffed.

She leaned closer to Mika.

"Tell . What do you want? I will make sure to make your wishes co true."

"I will guarantee you a life, where you don’t have to worry about money or other resources anymore. Even if you were to do nothing, I would still ensure that you may live a luxurious life." Norman suggested, stretching his hand out to Mika.

Sara squeezed herself between Norman and Olivia.

"Then, how about getting the sa treatnt as soone of the royal family?"

"Sara!" Yarjak shouted worriedly as he tried to drag her away.

"I have a daughter the sa age as you..."

"..."

Sweating bullets, Mika kept on listening to everyone’s offer, however, he shivered when he saw Olivia’s cunning gaze.

"Ophelia Ross." she said, looking at her perplexed little sister.

"?"

Mika tilted his head.

"I will give you her if you co to Rostanta."

"..."

For a mont, everyone’s jaw dropped until their scream full of shock echoed in the whole arena.

The first-year teachers were asking Ophelia like an interrogation what Olivia ant, whereas Lucio had to chuckle slightly.

Elsa was laughing out loud and Lereon shook his head tiredly.

The other VIPs were just baffled, not knowing how to react.

"I guess it’s settled then!" Olivia stated triumphantly.

"N-nothing is settled!" Ophelia and Mika shouted.

"F-first of all! I’ve already made up my mind a long ti ago! No matter how you try to persuade , I won’t change my mind!" Mika said, raising his voice with a blushing face.

Then, Lucio got between the VIPs and Mika.

"It seems like we have to postpone any further discussions for later." he said, looking at the main entrance, where people started to erge from.

After all, today was ant for everyone to make their decision.

"Please, get into position everyone."

Thus, the people gathered once again in the arena, which was previously used for the tournant.

So ti passed until everyone was there.

Unlike last ti, the people were not in the stands and now stood with everyone else in the center.

However, the VIPs or rather, the representatives of their respective nations were not part of the human mass and were near the arena’s walls.

Olivia was located in the north, the Tiam siblings in the east and Norman in the west.

"Now, everyone. To make things simple, you may go to the respective leader of the nation you want to go to." Lucio explained, smiling gently as he was also in the center.

That ant that if soone wanted to go to Malnor, they had to walk over to Norman, the king of Malnor.

"First, I ask the non-students, in other words, the citizens of Loogam, to make their decision. Rember, you only have three choices. Either Rostanta, Grat or Malnor."

There were three choices, however, the distribution was obvious.

As the people of Loogam were accustod to a peaceful way of living, they tended to head over to Malnor, whose culture and norms were similar.

Rostanta had the reputation of being a barbaric nation, where strength mattered.

Then, there was Grat. It was almost as big of a nation as Malnor. However, one had to travel the sea to reach the nation. And due to a certain myth, people were afraid of the vast sea altogether.

Not much ti passed until everyone made their own decisions.

"I see. So most of you want to go to Malnor." Lucio stated, looking at each group.

anwhile, the leaders had an indifferent expression.

"And I thought that Olivia would feel offended by the result..." Mika muttered, seeing that her nation was placed last among the three nations.

But it was at such a mont when the leaders showed why they were leaders, whose emotions would not leak out.

Now, only those, who were affiliated with the academy, and those, who ca as visitors from other nations were left.

"Then, I ask our visitors from other nations to please head over to the nation you belong to."

And just like he said, the people went over without hesitation.

"And last but not least, it’s your turn, my dear students and colleagues. You may choose a nation but if you want to stay affiliated with Loogam, then you may stay here in the center."

Then, slowly a few students started to leave the center, walking over to another nation.

"?"

Mika widened his eyes.

To his surprise, Cail Maystra, a forr red-class student, left the center.

Most of the first-year students knew him. And especially, so people of his class admired him. Therefore, so began to whisper among themselves.

"..."

With determination, he went over to Grat.

More ti passed and the number of students leaving began to decrease.

Less than 100 students decided to remain a student of Loogam.

The number of staff mbers only decreased by a ager number.

The first-year teachers stayed back and Hecto Togin, who was imprisoned by Loogam, also remained.

"Okay, everyone!"

Lucio clapped his hands once.

"The ti is up!"
