Long-Ard Divine Demon Zheng Yuan Gui was the first to be overco, even his Golden Spirit Arm was hacked by flying swords, losing particles and two fingers, left with no choice but to curse and flee throughout the sky.
Lie Baduo, however, was much more fearso than them. First ca the Seven Evil Black Spirit God Sword, turning into seven streaks of black light, each intercepting seven Ei disciples.
Golden Cicada and the laughing Monk, confident in the might of their flying swords, were able to hold their ground even though their effort was not as profound as their adversary’s.
What they didn’t realize was the mysterious skill of Lie Baduo; with centuries spent on that sword, its speed of operation was lightning-fast, sinister, and ruthless. In an instant, thousands of sword shadows were drawn in the air, and their flying swords couldn’t keep up.
First, Golden Cicada felt a numbness in his shoulder, realized he had been slashed twice. In his rush to retreat, his knee was slashed once more.
The others also couldn’t keep up with the defenses, relying only on their superior Mysterious Sect swordsmanship and fierce flying swords to forcefully protect their vital points, but still suffered multiple cuts across their bodies. Only the laughing Monk, with his higher effort and the Protective Dharma Treasure taken from Pan Luo’s Immortal Mansion, blocked three slashes unhard.
The Seven Evil Black Spirit God Sword contained a deadly poison. Golden Cicada and the other four wanted to continue fighting but were soon struck by poison, feeling as if the earth and sky were spinning, dizzy and disoriented.

None detected anything amiss.
