Ji Yang laughed, "You’re right. Fans love this kind of thing. The chance to live amongst stars is not sothing they would let slip by, although not many can afford such properties."

Now, there’s constant chatter online about our area, so the developnt here is inevitable. Wealthy people are all buying properties here. Plus, we’ve established a college and hospital, there’s public transportation available, the roads are good, and the facilities are well-rounded. It’s convenient for residents, and the real estate market is booming. We’re certain to make money."
Excitent lit Qian Huifang’s voice as she spoke of earnings—since aligning with Ji Yang, their profits had been soaring.

Ji Yang nodded, impressed. "It seems you’ve grown rapidly. I believe this project will be quite successful."
Qian Huifang laughed, "You underestimate us, don’t you know? Our assets have doubled from their original value. We’re major bosses now!"
