He didn’t even need to glance at it to know it was Ethan Hawthorne calling, and he simply declined the call.
Actually, when Conrad Sterling received Ethan Hawthorne’s call, he was currently at the kindergarten attending a parent-teacher eting for his kids.
This was probably his first appearance at a formal school event as the parent of the two little kids.
Before this, there had already been many versions of rumors circulating in the kindergarten. Everyone knew there were two particularly outstanding children in the class with the last na Sterling. The bus reached its designated location, and the extras got off the bus to eat.
The last person to get off the bus, wearing a baseball cap and overalls, looking like a bearded middle-aged driver... who else but Anna Thornton?
By the ti Anna Thornton finally got to the kindergarten, the parent-teacher eting was already over.
Pop and Lola were already sitting in Conrad Sterling’s car, with Pop seriously opening a pack of crab-flavored crackers.
"Conrad Sterling, since the parent-teacher eting is over, why didn’t you tell over the phone? I rushed over for nothing!" Anna Thornton questioned.
Hearing this, the man raised his eyebrows without changing his expression.
He knew Anna Thornton’s current situation, being closely watched by many dia and fans.
President Sterling was not insensitive. He cared about the concerns she had. He wouldn’t put his wife and kids in an awkward situation.

Actually, to pick up Anna Thornton, Conrad Sterling had chosen a secluded place to wait for her.
