Slowly, his beautiful lips curved into a mischievous smirk and that spark of hope that had blood inside of withered away as suddenly as it had blossod.
“Let’s get you properly cleaned up...” the prince stated coldly.
Before I could fully wrap my mind around our sudden interruption, the prince’s weight had disappeared from . I pushed myself up with my arms into a sitting position when the prince got off the bed. He stood next to the bed and without saying a word to , he bent down and smoothly scooped up into his arms.
He carried princess-style like I weighed nothing more than a feather towards the door of his bedroom. The prince reached out to open his door with ease before carrying out into the hallway. My eyes widened in shock as a cry escaped my lips when I realized the state of nakedness that I was in and the fact that the prince’s butler was still standing right in front of his bedroom door.
“His eyes are closed...” the prince whispered to as if he could read my mind.
I wondered if that was true as I glanced over the prince’s shoulders to spy on the butler. The man had his head down all the while that I had my eyes on him. The prince carried down the hallway to what I knew would be the bath. I sighed softly to myself when I thought of what would co next.
The bath facility that he led to could be a recreational facility in and of itself. The large and many jacuzzi bath that filled the room seed to have different purposes although I didn’t quite understand why soone would need that many baths. When the butler said that he had prepared the bath, he was vasty understating his achievents. Instead of filling water in one of the jacuzzi baths, as far as my eyes could tell, all the baths had water in them. Amazing.
The prince gently put down on the side of the bath. His stern eyes were on as he watched my every mont. My hands flew to cover as much of myself as possible when my feet finally reached the ground. I felt extrely embarrassed and exposed now that I was just standing without much coverage right in front of him. His captivating blue eyes stared down at before he seed to take in the sight of my naked and trembling body. I didn’t have the nerve to et his intense blue gaze and found myself looking way in humiliation.
“Prince Leonard...please...let head back...” I pleaded softly and weakly.
I must have been a fool to even believe that there was even the slightest possibility that he would let go. He was angry that he found with Prince Florian in the bath and that was probably why he wanted to bathe . In his words, he wanted to clean although I didn’t feel like I was particularly dirty anywhere. I would be lying if I said that I completely understood how he was feeling or what he was thinking. My inexperienced mind couldn’t quite understand the reason behind his extre anger, but I was thankful that he did turn up to save .
“You can head back...” he said coldly.
“Really?” I asked in clear surprise.
Maybe he does have rcy on after all. Relief flooded into my chest, and I could breathe easy again for a mont.
“Yes, you may leave...when I’m done with you...” he stated firmly and then his hands shot out to grab my upper arms.
“Prince Leonard!” I cried out his na in shock.
My eyes widened at the loud echoes that resonated throughout the enclosed space of the bathroom from my cry just now. I didn’t have much ti to remain in shock because the prince had begun dragging towards the closest jacuzzi. He wrapped an arm around my back to hold steady as his other hand quickly yanked at whatever remained of my skirt and then my panties quickly followed.
“Wait! Prince...” I cried out in protest.
