The Chu family mbers were extrely worried and wished they could imdiately head to Border Nation to find out what was happening. However, as the light faded, everyone saw the face of the person who had descended.

Nanli landed with grace and grandeur. The cold wind blew gently, making her robes and hair flow elegantly. Her exquisite face carried a hint of defiance, creating an aura as if a deity had descended to subdue the surroundings.

He Qinian, who had been dragged by her using several Transfer Talismans, was disoriented and weak. He fell awkwardly and couldn’t get up, his hair sticking to his face, unable to even clear it away.

"A’Li!"

"Sixth sister!"

"The Ninth Princess!"

Calls of surprise and joy rang out as everyone finally felt a sense of relief. The previously anxious hearts were now at ease. Although it was winter, Nanli’s appearance felt like a warm breeze.

Seeing that the person arriving was Nanli, Xuanyuan Che, who had never seen Xuanyuan Fu, mistook He Qinian for the ruler. He imdiately stood up, his sleeves fluttering as he shouted, "How dare you! You have taken my Border Nation’s ruler hostage!"

A dozen poisonous Enchanting Bugs flew out. Nanli raised an eyebrow and summoned a Fire Talisman. With a re gesture, she didn’t need to chant any incantations. Regardless of how the poisonous Enchanting Bugs scattered, the Fire Talisman she used was able to track and incinerate them.

In the blink of an eye, the Enchanting Bugs were burned to a crisp, falling to the ground one by one.

Xuanyuan Che stood in shock, his mouth slightly agape. Nanli, puzzled, asked, "Why are you different from the other wizards? Why don’t you call out their nas?"

She was curious about what nas he gave the poisonous Enchanting Bugs and whether he had any cultural knowledge.

Xuanyuan Che twitched his mouth. If people from Border Nation raised Enchanting Bugs, they would na them and treat them like their own children. He wasn’t unwilling to shout nas; there were just too many dead at once for him to keep up.

He Qinian, still disoriented, got up but felt dizzy and nauseous, unable to stop dry heaving.

Several wizards from Border Nation recognized He Qinian and said, "He Wizard? He is not the ruler!"

"What?" Xuanyuan Che snapped back to his senses.

Then why had the Evil Bees co along?

The wizards were enraged, "Could it be that He Qinian betrayed us and used the Evil Bees of the ruler to pledge allegiance to Chu Nanli?"

"Traitor! He must be killed today!"

"Brothers, prepare the formation!"

They dispersed and summoned Talisman formations, which imdiately rose up, glowing red and brimming with deadly power. He Qinian stood beside Nanli, who was also trapped in the formation.

The Chu family mbers wanted to help but were unable to. Nanli pulled out a Talisman from her bag and threw it. There was a loud bang, and the seemingly deadly formation was shattered. Several wizards were thrown back several ters.

Despite the pain and internal chaos, their loyalty to the ruler kept them from admitting defeat. They got up and saw a few Evil Bees hovering before them. The Evil Bees exposed their venomous stingers, looking nacing.

Xuanyuan Che, being of the Xuanyuan bloodline, was used to commanding Evil Bees in the absence of the ruler. So he waved his sleeve and ordered, "Evil Bees, kill the traitor... no, kill all Mu Nation people!"

Most present had seen the viciousness of the Evil Bees before. The Chu family mbers stepped forward to protect themselves.

The ministers couldn’t help, but each shouted with increasing fervor, "The Ninth Princess, be careful!"

Emperor Muwu was too worried to speak, his eyes filled with concern. But contrary to their expectations, the Evil Bees stayed in place. Whenever the wizards moved, the Evil Bees would approach, their stingers ready to strike. It was clear they were warning, "Don’t move, or face the sting!"

Xuanyuan Che was montarily confused and ordered his poisonous Enchanting Bugs to attack Nanli. But the Evil Bees now gathered around Nanli. Despite being fewer in number than the poisonous Enchanting Bugs, their strength was overwhelming. In no ti, they tore apart the poisonous Enchanting Bugs, not allowing a single one past their defense.

"Evil Bees! What are you doing?! She is my Border Nation enemy!" Xuanyuan Che shouted. "I am of the Xuanyuan royal bloodline, and you are bound by contract to my royal family. How can you not follow my orders?"

"The contract no longer applies," Nanli finally spoke.

Xuanyuan Che was stunned and asked, "What do you an?"

"They now follow my commands," Nanli replied.

"Impossible! These Evil Bees were raised by my Xuanyuan ancestors. How could they follow you?" Xuanyuan Che was incredulous.

Nanli shrugged and then said to the Evil Bees, "Show him a demonstration."

The Evil Bees wiggled their stingers, clearly unsure of what to demonstrate. Nanli thought for a mont and then said, "Just show these words: We are Bee Bee Guardians."

The Evil Bees hesitated slightly, then ford a group and began to spell out the words. "We, are, Bee Bee Guardians."

The letters were sowhat crooked and irregular due to lack of practice.

Nanli looked at them with so disdain, "Practice more when you have ti."

The Evil Bees, disheartened, imdiately drooped. Although sad, they still apologized by forming the words "Sorry."

The wizards, after their initial shock, looked on with admiration and then knelt down, shouting, "The true dragon has descended! Long live the ruler!"

He Qinian, now recovered, imdiately said, "Indeed! Xuanyuan Fu’s false dragon has been exposed and killed! This person here is the true dragon of Border Nation, our new ruler!"

The wizards, brainwashed for a long ti, saw nothing wrong with this. Even Xuanyuan Che, who grew up in Mu Nation, was shocked and slowly knelt down after witnessing the Evil Bees obeying Nanli’s commands.

"You... you are the true dragon?"

After saying this, he felt it was disrespectful and kowtowed three tis, "I apologize for my offense. Please forgive , ruler."

Nanli, seasoned by her experiences in Border Nation, remained unperturbed. However, the Chu family and the court officials were different. They gaped in astonishnt, their jaws almost hitting the ground.

Is this... the true dragon who commands the Evil Bees? Can beco the ruler without a single soldier?

Is this a joke?

The Chu family thought, how did the sixth sister, who went to find a way to solve the Enchanting Bugs, beco the ruler?

The court officials also thought about their harrowing night, but the Ninth Prince and the Ninth Princess had not appeared. Although they did not harbor resentnt, they felt the couple was unreliable. But now...

Elder Xu asked, "The Ninth Princess... did you go to Border Nation on your own?"

"Yes," Nanli nodded.

As for the reason, she did not elaborate. Elder Xu, in deep respect, said, "The Ninth Princess is brave and resourceful! You must have known Border Nation’s plan in advance and went to Border Nation to nip it in the bud for a lasting solution!"
