When Luke moved to the first corner of the hexagon, he took a deep breath and then purchased a new wall from the shop panel.

When the calculated panel for processing and constructing the wall appeared in front of him, Luke’s brain went through nearly five minutes of deep calculation.

After the sufficient changes were made, a strange structure in the shape of a triangle, facing outward, was constructed, which could be seen as a wall to so extent.

And when Luke had constructed each structure from one end to the other, he had used the map feature he had noticed a few days earlier from the profile panel to observe the village from a bird-eye view.

Then he saw that everything matched the blueprints and plans exactly, and that every calculation was correct, he naturally smiled and began walking back into the village through the gate as if nothing had happened.

After walking for a short while, he heard a rustling sound from the right, coming from the area with dense trees, and, just in case, he pulled out one of the axes he had stored in his inventory.

He continued walking, keeping a careful eye on his surroundings, just in case.

The rustling sound followed him. It was truly strange. Despite using the tiny sacred power within his body, Luke did not sense any hostile energy coming from the source of the rustling.

Still, it couldn’t hurt to be cautious.

After a short while, he managed to get far enough away from the wooded area and returned to the village as if nothing had happened.

When he told Callum what had happened, the middle-aged knight said he would check it out and left the village, while Luke returned to his work.

There were many things he needed to do.

First, he needed a large amount of food to feed the people who would be coming. When he entered the shop panel, he naturally encountered many Premium ats, but he didn’t know which ones to choose. Each of these ats was different from the ones he knew.

The price ranges were varied and extensive.

So ats could cost as much as thirty silver for just two kilograms.

This presented a second option: establishing an animal farm. Of course, this would be a much more laborious option. After all, Luke had a substantial amount of gold, so purchasing food would not be an issue.

He simply wanted to create a self-sustaining land where everything would not depend on money in the future.

Additionally, considering that the current inner part of the village was too small to accommodate a farm, everything beca even more challenging.

To be more precise, the wall surrounding the village had stretched for kilotres. Even this area did not cover even one per cent of the land where the village was located, i.e., all the land Luke owned.

When Luke looked at the title deeds and ownership docunts in his hand, he realised that his hated grandfather had left him a piece of land that was much more valuable than he had thought.

This ant that Luke could instantly send the wall surrounding the village to his inventory and use an even larger wall to surround the entire area.

After all, this land included every forested area in the region, as well as the entire lake and the mountainous areas beyond it.

It was not much different from the area owned by a dium-sized city. The only difference was that the number of people living there was very low.

The region had great potential.

Luke’s plans would change again from start to finish.

When the tasks assigned to Kevin changed completely, Kevin had spent almost a week sleeping only two hours a day.

The only reason for this was to finish every single sketch he had with Luke.

By the end of the week, Luke had finally added the massive wall formation, the outer defence systems made of long, thick triangles, and, of course, the ballistas to his inventory.

This had pushed him to the next phase of his plan: constructing a wall in the shape of an octagon spanning forty kilotres in width.

After nearly two days of truly arduous work, Luke had successfully constructed a wall ten tres long, made from the valuable stones of the Tolien Mountains and containing small amounts of mithril.

This octagonal wall was equipped with defence systems not just from a single triangle but from three triangles on each side.

A total of 128 ballistae were placed on top of the walls, and steps leading upwards from inside the walls were constructed, along with observation posts. Additionally, the top part of the wall was converted into strong ramparts that would not obstruct the view of the area.

However, Luke had spent exactly two thousand gold pieces. Just two thousand gold pieces. While purchasing the materials alone would have cost hundreds of thousands of gold pieces, thanks to his gift, he managed to complete everything by spending only two thousand, or more precisely, two thousand twenty-four gold pieces.

As a result, he would not need to worry about the walls for a long ti and would have sufficient ti to develop the village, or more accurately, this place that would soon beco a small town.

The North had many problems.

The monster invasion problem that the Duchy of Wirgo in the North faced would eventually reach the village as well. The invasion, which involved thousands, even tens of thousands of monsters every year in the North, was a terrifying reality.

According to the news Luke had received, there were no n left in the village because of this.

Since the village was small, the monsters didn’t even dare to co here. After all, finding this place required a great deal of effort.

Now, however, wide and tall walls surrounded an area nearly fifty kilotres in width. Everything would beco dangerous at 100% capacity.

Therefore, everything had to be prepared. The first goal was to establish an animal farm, and then to build a real farm—sothing Luke had no idea how to do.

This would be extrely challenging.
