"Kanna-chan, for the next few days while I'm at school, you should stay with Thor. I'll co pick you up once school ends."
"Okay! Then, Shiro, make sure to co back soon."
"Got it. I'll leave her in your care, Thor."
Since Koboyashi was out working, Thor's attitude toward Shiro Sakamaki had llowed significantly.
With a firm pat on her chest, she assured him,
"Don't worry, Kanna will be safe with ."
After Shiro left, Thor turned to Kanna and asked,
"Kanna-chan, did anything strange happen with that guy after you ca back yesterday?"
"Huh? Lord Thor, why do you ask?"
"Just humor . Tell what you did after you got back."
Kanna tilted her head and counted on her fingers. "Shiro bought a bunch of stuff and lots of yummy food! After we went back to the lair, he went out for a bit, and then I fell asleep."
"What's wrong, Lord Thor?"
Thor frowned and mulled it over. "He's grown stronger again."
"Oh! Majiya bakunotits!"
Thor: "..."
...
That noon, after having lunch with Nino, Miku, and Itsuki, Shiro went to find Shizuka Hiratsuka.
"Hold on—you're telling there's a dragon living at your place?"
"Yup."
"And now you need to get her enrolled in kindergarten?"
"Exactly."
"...Give a second. I need to process that." Hiratsuka rubbed her temples.
This kind of information would normally be dismissed as nonsense, but in a world where supernatural beings were appearing, even dragons were no longer impossible.
"I'll need to report this to the higher-ups. Please wait until I receive instructions."
Shiro nodded. "Alright. Just make sure they move quickly."
At the doorway, he paused and added, "But I'd recomnd giving them a very thorough explanation. If they ss this up, there won't be a happy ending for anyone."
"Huh? What do you an by that?"
Shiro sighed. "Sensei... are you really that dense, or are you pretending?"
"You brat! Speak clearly!"
"Kanna may not be powerful herself, but her background? That's a whole different matter. You'd best inform your superiors properly."
"If anything happens to Kanna, the first person you'll face is Thor—Dragon Princess of the Chaos Faction. Her power level? Tier 6: peak"
"Wait, are you saying Thor is also living among humans?"
"t her just yesterday. Yeah, she's strong."
"The Chaos Faction doesn't play nice. If soone triggers them, it'll be a catastrophe."
"Oh, and her father is the head of the entire Chaos Faction. I don't know his exact strength, but anyone who can command soone like Thor must be unimaginably powerful."
Shizuka Hiratsuka let out a long breath. "Alright, alright... I get it. You're always bringing these ridiculous problems."
"Please do your best, sensei."
"Get lost already!"
Outside her office, Shiro chuckled to himself. His words might've been a bit harsh, but it was better to lay it all out than let soone make a fatal mistake.
If the governnt tried anything reckless, there'd be nothing he could do to save them.
Neither of them brought up the complaint from last week—that unspoken understanding between them made it clear they'd moved on.
That issue had been resolved by Shiro already, and the Supernatural Managent Bureau had no intention of dragging it out.

Later that afternoon, after classes, Shiro made his way to the Light Music Club's room.
To his surprise, Yukinoshita Yukino was already there, reading quietly.
Since the last ti Shiro helped her, Yukino hadn't tried to challenge him again. When she noticed him entering, she simply gave a small nod of acknowledgnt.
Shiro smiled and nodded back—only to be yanked aside by Ritsu Tainaka, who grinned mischievously and pulled a piece of paper from behind her back.
"Hehe~ Shiro, guess what this is!"
"Sheet music?"
Before he could look closer, Akiyama Mio's face turned bright red. She dashed over and snatched the paper from Ritsu's hand.
Yui Hirasawa and Tsumugi Kotobuki sipped their tea and nibbled biscuits, clearly enjoying the drama.
Ritsu huffed. "What's the big deal? Shiro's part of our club now. He's gonna find out sooner or later."
"But not now!" Mio insisted. "Not until it's ready!"
Shiro hadn't gotten a good look, but with his mory, even a quick glance had been enough. The paper had lyrics and a lody—familiar ones at that.
As he recalled the lyrics, a few lines slipped from his mouth without him realizing it.
