At the highest point of Threshold Seven.

The chamber was vast; its walls carved from conceptual stone that pulsed with layered defensive runes.

It floated at the highest point of the Threshold of Supre Will, suspended within a pocket of stabilized reality that was fairly untouched by the slowed deterioration of the Pri Expanse

However, the air inside was heavy, thick with conceptual pressure that made even breathing feel like a conscious act.

Seated around a long, circular obsidian table were the highest authorities of this Threshold.

At the head of the table sat the two Exalted Wardens — figures that appeared only as pure silhouettes, their forms completely lacking any detail.

Unlike the lower stations, who existed as Ideas and could still hold onto fragnts of their mortal appearances, these beings were Primordial Essences — the most primal, direct form of... well, anything.

However, for these two particular beings, they represented the most primal and unfiltered embodints of Destiny and Victory—the very Primordial Essences of Supre Will and Supremacy.

Across the vast expanse of the Pri Expanse, only eighteen such entities existed, and two of them had co together here on this day.

Yet, in other Thresholds scattered far and wide, similar gatherings were unfolding, with other rulers convening as well, each driven by the sa foreboding warnings that now set all their movents into motion.

Their presence alone made the space feel smaller, as if reality itself was bending to accommodate them.

On either side stood four Primordial Wardens, towering figures of the 32nd–33rd Dinsional Level.

Their shapes were more distinct than those of the Exalted Wardens, yet they still radiated an imnse, almost crushing presence.

A bit farther down was the Threshold Sovereigns, occupying the 30th–31st Dinsional tier, alongside six Domain Lords of the 28th–29th Dinsional Level, each holding themselves with a strict, unyielding posture.

At the very end of the table, looking noticeably out of place, sat two newly ascended Bastion Lords — Victorious and Destiny.

"Newly ascended" was probably putting it lightly.

As ntioned before, beings could completely ignore personal growth and focus solely on rit.

rit was the only path to advancing in rank, and so, from simple Wardens, they rose to beco so of the most influential figures in both the Thresholds of Supre Will and Supremacy.

But with that ascension ca an atmosphere so tense it felt suffocating.

It was one of those rare monts in the Pri Expanse when so many high-ranking beings gathered in the sa place, sothing that usually only happened when the stakes were unimaginably high.

Normally, such a eting ant that the very fabric of their existence was at risk and today was no exception.

The air was heavy with unspoken tension, every glance carrying the weight of shared understanding.

This ti, the threat had a na, whispered with both dread and urgency—Code Black.

Code Black... it was a asure established at the very start of the war.

When the first stalemate erged, the highest beings of the Pri Expanse ca together.

They created sothing to be kept in reserve for only the direst of situations—when it seed the line and balance would shatter and tip toward an irreversible end.

Victorious and Destiny had passed the ssage up the chain the mont they returned from the battlefield.

It had traveled from Sentinels to Domain Lords, then to Threshold Sovereigns, and finally reached the Exalted Wardens themselves.

Everyone in the chamber waited in tense silence.

The Supre Will, one of the Exalted Wardens, its outline flickering faintly, finally spoke in a voice that was layered, ancient, and utterly devoid of emotion.

"In ten minutes," it said, "the formation of creation will activate across the entire battlefield."

The words hung in the air like a heavy shroud.

The other Exalted Warden, Supremacy, continued where the first had left off.

"Even with the shifting tides of the battlefield... I know we’ll only get one shot at this," it said, pausing briefly.

"All eighteen formations across the whole Pri Expanse must activate at the sa ti... and strike the instant she arrives."

It went without saying if Victorious and sothing like Victory Sight that could lead her to the best paths for succeeding.

Then the very essence of everything about Victory.... it could see everything it need to achieve glory.

The Primordial Warden leaned forward slightly.

"The plan will be followed as intended... b-but," he hesitated, "aren’t we going to find out exactly what changed with these Horrors?"

A Domain Lord spoke up next, his voice tight with tension.

"In the last two hundred years, we’ve already lost more than fifteen Domain Lords... and in just the past few hours, even more deaths have been reported."

He clenched his jaw, as if reminding everyone that even as a Domain Lord, his presence here ant he had the right to speak.

"I think we need soone to step onto the Nonexistent side of the Pri Expanse... we have to get a clearer view of whatever has changed."

At that, the chamber descended into a heavy silence.

Victorious and Destiny remained at the far end of the table, saying nothing, though they could both feel the weight of every gaze in the room bearing down on them.

They had been the ones to deliver the ssage that triggered this eting. Now, they could only wait to see how the highest authorities would respond.

One of the Exalted Wardens finally spoke again, its voice slow and deliberate.

"We have no ti for that at this stage," it said. "We will stand tall... and worry not — not a single Horror will remain after activation."

A heavy silence followed. None of the subordinates dared to speak. The weight of the Exalted Warden’s words settled over the room like a death sentence.

Then, the massive doors at the far end of the chamber suddenly opened.

Four won walked in without announcent or permission.

Celeste led the group, her long golden hair swaying gently with each step, her golden blindfolds facing forward with calm composure.

Behind her walked Aeloris, her green hair and elegant elven features carrying a quiet sharpness. Seraphiel followed with her striking red and black hair and phoenix wings folded behind her back, while Tiamat brought up the rear, her scaled horns and tail giving her a distinctly draconic presence.

The mont they entered, the atmosphere in the chamber shifted violently.

Every single head turned.

The Primordial Wardens, Threshold Sovereigns, and Domain Lords all stared in stunned silence.

For beings of such high station to walk into a eting of this level uninvited was beyond disrespectful — it was nearly unthinkable.

Celeste ca to a stop a short distance from the table. She tilted her head slightly, as if she had only just caught the tail end of the conversation.

"Formation of Creation?" she repeated, her voice soft but carrying clearly through the tense silence.
