The elder that had just co through the entrance was a bearded, mature man with white hair.
The other teenagers that ca through had black hair, though there were two girls among them that surrounded the only male.
The boy on the other hand had spiky black hair and electric blue eyes, and coupled with his striking features, he fit the definition of a playboy.
And in truth, he was a playboy.

’So he hasn’t mastered his clan’s secret technique.’ Jason thought.
’But to think that he doesn’t have the all-burning flas is a big let down.’
The All-Burning Flas of the Amaterasu clan was actually an Op technique; it took exactly half of the user’s mana to cast, but once it was done it had devastating results. The ability to burn anything it touches, not even remaining the ashes of the victim.
It was the singular bloodline ability of the Amaterasu but it was more effective than even the Null eyes. But just like the Null eyes that required the user to make eye contact with their opponents to work, the All-burning flas needed to make contact with the user’s opponent to burn them.
’If I rember correctly, the reason Kairo dies is because his opponent dodges the All-burning flas.’ Jason thought.
Kairo glanced his way, their eyes eting for a brief mont before the boy turned away, obviously disinterested with him.
’Since all his techniques involve mana, I won’t even bother trying to see if I can copy them.’ Jason turned away from his group, closing his eyes and resting on the wall.
This ti he wasn’t going to try image training; the last ti he tried image training in here he got the wake up of his life, instead he was going to try to absorb nature energy manually.
Jason closed his eyes, relaxing his muscles and tried to tune out the sounds that rang out from all around.
Slowly, he let his mind drift deeper into a ditative state, seeking to connect with the natural energy that surrounded him.
That was when he could feel it, before he was unable to notice it, but now it was clear, too clear. An act that was impossible for him before was now possible.
He focused on his fingertips, moving his hands as he tried to grasp the natural energy that was abundant in the air.
Tiny, imperceptible currents of energy gathered at his fingertips, wrapping around it.
Jason took in another breath in as the nature energy seeped into his fingertips, he felt a slight sensation as the energy seeped in.
’Too slow.’ A single thought appeared in Jason’s mind as he broke out of his ditative trance.
’I should do it faster next.’ Jason watched the world around him. ’Trying it slowly was a mistake, I already have enough knowledge on absorbing nature energy to be regarded as a master.’
Kairo was currently talking to Zane, but from watching their lips, Jason could tell that one of them was talking and the other one was nodding.
It seed that wherever Kairo went, he was followed by those two girls.
"For so reason I’m starting to doubt if they ca here to participate in the joint-clan tournant, they seem more like his admirers than awakened.’
Jason watched as Kairo walked away from Zane.
A mont later, another group walked into the hall.

’So the Raijin clan has arrived.’ Jason thought, watching as a group of three entered the hall.
’I wonder if I can copy flash steps.’ Jason wondered.
The Raijin clan were the most inhumane of all the five greatest clans, their temperant similar to the God whom blessed them.
And the heir of the clan just happened to be a girl.
They were followed by another clan.
’Strange, I don’t rember any of the people there.’

’Who is Morrigan Aides?’ He questioned himself, unable to rember such a person existing in the novel. ’I’m not sure such a character was ntioned.’
"Where is the Izanagi clan?!" He murmured to himself, confusion taking over him.
Jason could not rember such a person in the original novel, it wouldn’t be a problem if he saw soone who was never ntioned exist suddenly appeared, but he hadn’t expected this.
The Izanagi clan heir was a important figure throughout the novel, he was a part of the main cast.
’Did sothing happen to his clan?’ Jason asked himself confused as he watched Morrigan.
He didn’t know how to react to such a situation, unsure of what to do even know.
Confused, he walked over to Zane.
"What are you doing here?" Zane asked as he noticed Jason approaching him.
"I’m just curious about sothing." Jason admitted, he pointed at Morrigan. "Who is she?"
The corner of Zane’s lips ford a smile.
"Don’t tell you’re in love."
"Of course not, just tell ." He didn’t have ti to deal with this.
"She’s Morrigan Aides, heir of the Hades clan." Zane explained.
"Hades clan?" Jason repeated.
Last ti he checked, he was sure that most clans had Japanese heritages. The other gods like greek and chinese barely having any clans.
One of the many things that made the protagonist special was the fact that he was a mber of a clan that were blessed by a Chinese god, and said clan was among the top five strongest clans.
"What happened to the Izanagi clan?" Jason questioned.
’Izanagi clan?" Zane repeated. "The Izanagi clan was overtaken by the Hades clan a year ago."
"Apparently their clan head died on the battlefield so years ago, that was followed by a ti of decline in power, and during that ti they were surpassed by the Hades clan."
He felt a sense of dread descend upon him. "Okay, thanks."
Jason walked back to his original spot, his head clouded with many thoughts..
