Leo looked around to see the endless space and frowned.
Earlier, when he opened the portal to the human world from the Mighty Goblin World, Leo saw a bright light that blinded him and by the ti he opened his eyes, he was in this endless space.

Before Leo could finish his line of thoughts, he heard a familiar voice resounding from all directions in the endless space.
'This is definitely…this b*stard's work.'
Once he heard that voice, Leo was sure that the Ancient God who was in charge of the naless human world was stopping him from returning to the human world.
Leo was furious for a mont; however, he cald down in the next second when he thought of sothing.

The Ancient God who was observing Leo from sowhere revealed an evil smile and ended his words.

The Ancient God silently muttered to himself and continued thinking, 'I was racking my brain to co up with so tricks to stop him from participating in the World Assessnt and now, I don't have to worry and just use my regular tricks.'
"Ancient God, I am willing to wait three days; however, I will be bored to death in this endless space."
Leo revealed a slight smile on his face as he asked, "Why don't you let watch how the World Assessnt is going on?"

The Ancient God raised his eyebrows when he heard Leo's sudden request because he was not expecting Leo to accept the weird rule he set so soon.
'Since he had so sponsor backing him, let's fulfil his simple request.'
After thinking for a mont, the Ancient God decided to let Leo watch the world assessnt of the Naless human world.
Even though the Ancient God still didn't know which god was sponsoring Leo, he didn't want to get onto the badside because he knew the rules he created during the world assessnts were not genuine.
'If his sponsors bring this matter to the celestial gods and make so noise about it, it brings unnecessary attention and troubles. So, it's better to give him what he wants.'
This was what the Ancient God thought in his head and at the sa ti, he knew that fulfilling Leo's request, it won't affect the World Assessnt in any way.

In the entire human world, the New Starlight City could be considered the strongest city because it was filled with people who follow not only the [Path of the Heroes] but they also follow the [Cultivation Path].
What's more, the city already has more than 100 supre-grade heroes with supre-grade starlight cultivation.

Most of the monsters in stage 1 are mortal grade, so it won't be much of a help for the supre grade warriors; however, it would be a completely different story for the mortal grade warriors.
Hence, Arlo gave that command that the supre-grade cultivators and heroes would be on standby and take action only when it was necessary.

Each city was protected by a team of Leo's followers who were using the special boost of 10x experience points to break into the supre grade.
Of course, there were also supre-ranked heroes, monsters and beasts in that team of Leo's followers; however, they were on standby just like the New Starlight City, giving the chance for the mortal grade heroes to beco the supre-grade warriors.

Victor looked at the 10000-n army in front of him and shouted out loud, "The Golden Hawk City will no longer be in Stealth Mode."
"You are trained for this mont for the last few days. Kill the monsters and upgrade your talents."

So, he tried to say that to his brother; however, before he could finish his words, he saw the 10000 n in the [Dawn Regint] rushed out of the city and each man killed more than two basic ranked monsters and one elite ranked monster without using their talent.
