The Ancient God in charge of the human world announced the first stage of the World Assessnt to the entire world and explained the failure condition and the penalty for the failure.
Everyone beca anxious when they heard about the penalty except for Leo's followers and friends who already got detailed information about the World Assessnt from Leo.
Even though Leo didn't return on ti, they were not worried about him at all because most of them had already witnessed what Leo was capable of.
'Even when he didn't awaken any talent, he was able to kill awakeners and now, he has a wide range of talents.'
Dominic and others who went through trials and tribulations with Leo silently muttered to themselves as they focused on the portals that opened in front of the city gates.
"It looks like Leo is still in the other world. Why don't we surprise him by completing the world assessnt on their own."
Leo's followers had received so many things from Leo and wanted to show that the things they received from him were all worth it.
"Dominic, Daniel, and Fletcher, you rember the cities you are in charge of, right?"
Victor nodded his head at the thought of clearing the world assessnt on their own and asked Dominic and others who were in the captain-like position.
Since Leo knew that for the World Assessnt, the Ancient God would like to decrease the world population as much as possible, he asked Victor to evenly create the teams before stationing them in all the cities in the world.
So, when the World Assessnt starts, the stationed team of Leo's followers that consisting of humans, monsters and beasts would protect those cities.
"Of course. It's just a surviving type stage but let's use this opportunity to increase the potential of our talents."
Dominic had a smile as he decided to turn the World Assessnt into an opportunity where all of Leo's followers would beco as strong as possible.
"You can do whatever you want; however, you have to protect the city that was supposed to protect for the entire World Assessnt."
Victor nodded his head as he called, "City Manager, activate the City Booster now."

A small elf fairy appeared out of nowhere beside Victor and replied, "It's done."
[The City Booster of the Golden Hawk City has been activated]
[All the citizens (Humans, Monsters, and Beasts) of the Golden Hawk City will get 10 tis the experience points for killing their opponents for the next three days]
[The citizens of subsidiary cities like New Starlight City, Starlight City, Phirie City, and Dragon City will get 5 tis the experience points for killing their opponents for the next three days]

As soon as City Manage Selphie activated the city boosters, she announced the benefits of the city boosters to all the citizens in the city.
She also transmitted about the city booster to the City Leaders of the subsidiary cities who, in turn inford their citizens.
"This boost is definitely enough for to get all my other talents to the supre grade…hehe."
Dominic and others beca even more excited as they used the fastest flying ti monsters and beasts to rush towards their cities.
Of course, the cities that were very far from the Golden Hawk City were already stationed one day before the World Assessnt.
"Brother, what should I do? I was not assigned to any city to protect."
Seeing Dominic and other powerful heroes under Leo leave for the cities they were assigned to protect, Vladimir asked his brother with a frown.
"For now, we are on standby. We will join the fight when the second stage of the World Assessnt begins."
Victor looked at his brother and replied with a smile, "That's when the true fight begins. So, save your strength for now and go all out during the second stage."
"Hm…okay."
If it was before, Vladimir would have made a ruckus; however, after he beca a Supre-Ranked monster, he didn't feel like the mortal grade beings anymore.
He wanted to kill and taste the blood of the supre-grade and higher-ranked monsters.
"However, what are we going with this army that master had created before leaving for the Grade 2 Void Dragon World?"
Vladimir pointed at the 10000 young n and won that were resting in the training ground and asked with a question mark.
These 10000 n were none other than the [Dawn Regint] that Leo created.
When Leo created it, Vladimir was busy testing his skills after becoming the supre-ranked monster. So, he still has so questions left in his head.
Questions like, why did his master create a 10000 n army in which only 40 percent of them have normal talents? As for the remaining 60 percent of them, they didn't even have any talents.
'What was he planning to do with these [Dawn Regint]?'
Even though Vladimir knew that Leo could bless talents to others, it still has the limit because he didn't know Leo doing it repeatedly.
There was another thod of which using the talent awakening crystals; however, there is a limit to what even his master can get his hands on.
Hence, he could not help but ask his brother Victor about it.
"I am waiting for you to ask such a good question…hehe."
Victor was expecting that question from Vladimir and when he finally heard that question, he looked at the sky and replied, "It is to surprise so b*stard who wants this world to fail the world assessnt."
"Huh? I didn't get…."
"Instead of words, why don't I show you with actions?"
Before Vladimir could finish his words, Victor interrupted him and shouted, "Everyone, it is finally ti to use the Talent Awakening Crystals that Master Leo has bestowed on us."
