62: Chapter 62: Knowing the Other and Not Knowing the Other 62: Chapter 62: Knowing the Other and Not Knowing the Other Leon couldn’t understand why a Blue Dragon, instead of hovering in the desert skies using its sharp Dragon Eyes to scout and rob desert caravans and nomadic tribes, or burying itself in the sand disguised as a prominent rock to hunt, would run a shop in Oasis City and also moonlight as a Divination Master.

Considering there’s sothing like the Enchanting Demon Paladins, the Blue Dragon’s activities were not so out of the ordinary.

Leon was simply curious about the Blue Dragon’s deeds; beyond that, he had no desire to speak up and ask, as he didn’t want to reveal the Blue Dragon’s identity, which could potentially expose his own.

“I heard your divinations are highly accurate, could I request you to perform one for ?”

When speaking in his Dragon Form, Leon liked to roar, often threatening and committing violence carelessly; he believed that the Red Dragon should act the part, just as a soldier should behave in a military uniform.

However, in human form, Leon’s personality was little changed; he spoke gently and was not easily angered.

Leon noticed the Blue Dragon looking at him, eyes deep and bright, as if they could see right through to one’s soul.

Although he believed that the Blue Dragon shouldn’t notice anything amiss, his heart still couldn’t help but race until the lady owner looked away, seemingly noticing nothing unusual.

“What kind of divination would you like to use?” Blue Dragon asked leisurely.

“It’s not about what type of divination I want to use; it’s about what options you offer,” Leon said.

Leon sat down in front of the counter, realizing in the dim light that the Blue Dragon was actually sitting sideways behind the counter, draped in a shawl adorned with gemstones that wrapped around her impressively sized chest, revealing a pale and flat belly, with the parted long skirt offering a glimpse of part of her firm, straight legs.

“I can perform any type of divination,” the Blue Dragon slightly turned, resting her left hand and ample chest uniformly on the counter, “as long as you can pay the price.”

Leon’s gaze swept across the counter, noting the incense, Crystal Ball, Tarot Cards…

He had an idea and then chuckled, “What if I request Six Divination?”

“Six Divination?” Blue Dragon repeated, shaking her head, “I have never heard of such a thod.”

“So who just claid they could perform any divination?”

“You can’t just make up a divination thod on the spot.”

“It’s not made up,” Leon thought for a mont, “Six Divination basically involves holding three copper coins in both hands, focusing on the issue you want to divine, infuse the intention into the coins, shake them for a while, and then cast them into a divination board, performing six casts to complete the divination.”

“It sounds plausible… Go on,” Blue Dragon urged.

“That’s all,” Leon shrugged, “That’s all I know.”

“Think a bit more,” Blue Dragon said, “I can pay you.”

“Even if you give a million gold coins, that’s all I know.”

Blue Dragon bowed her head dejectedly, saying, “What a pity.”

“I just wanted to prove that you don’t know every divination thod.”

“You proved I don’t know every type of divination, and also proved you like to be contrary,” Blue Dragon glanced sideways at Leon, “You knew I ant only the standard thods of divination, like Tarot Card, Crystal Ball, digital divination, Astragalomancy… But you had to pick one that I don’t know.”

Leon pursed his lips, silent, thinking that he indeed liked to argue.

“Let’s get back to the point,” Leon redirected, “Let’s go with the Crystal Ball divination.”

“One gold coin.”

“Deal.” Leon took out a Gold Coin and placed it on the counter.

Blue Dragon looked deeply at Leon, silently took the coin, picked up the Crystal Ball, and placed it in front of Leon.

With hands on either side of the Crystal Ball, it closed its eyes and began to quietly chant a Spell.

The Crystal Ball imdiately emitted a soft glow, and the mist inside began to swirl, as if waiting to reveal the secrets of the future.

“Place your hands on it, concentrate and silently think of the question you want to ask…

Now tell your question.”

“Can I still go ho?” Leon suddenly asked.

He originally intended to ask a random question, but sohow that question slipped out.

Blue Dragon stared at the Crystal Ball for a mont, then raised its head and said, “I’m afraid you can’t go back.”

“Alright, I knew it, I knew it.” Leon’s shoulders slumped down, he sighed heavily, although he was ntally prepared, prepared for over a decade, the thought of never being able to return to Earth still made him feel terrible at this mont.

“Although you can’t go ho, you can find a new ho here, possessing endless wealth, power, and strength,” the Blue Dragon continued.

“Thank you.” At this mont, Leon really wasn’t in the mood to think about much.

He left his seat and said, “May I look around at the items in your store?”

Divination wasn’t the purpose of Leon’s visit.

It was rely spur of the mont upon discovering the disguised Blue Dragon.

His main intention was to check out the rchandise in the store as there were many items unavailable outside, and within the Empire, one could only find them in the black market.

“Feel free.” Blue Dragon said.

Leon nodded and began to stroll around; he noticed that there were no proper items like Healing Potion, Recovery Potion, or precise oil, only items not available in normal shops, like strange darts and oddly shaped water jugs.

“That is the Earth Giant’s Claw, when wearing both claws, you can dig quickly, including through hard rocks.

You can also use it as a lee weapon, though even if you master it, its power won’t be greater than a normal sword, axe, or hamr.”

Leon heard Blue Dragon’s footsteps, not expecting Blue Dragon to dare place a hand on his shoulder.

Leon brushed Blue Dragon’s hand away and asked, “Is there sothing you need?”

Blue Dragon didn’t answer his question, but said, “I know you might feel helpless right now, but don’t worry, I will support and help you…

You can consider your family, your sister.”

“Stop talking about it,” Leon emphasized loudly, his mood really couldn’t get any worse.

“Alright.” Blue Dragon said.

“Let’s not talk about that; let introduce you to the rchandise here… If you want, I can give you a 5% discount on everything.”

“5% off, that’s quite a lot,” Leon replied perfunctorily.

“Thanks a lot.”

“I’m called Tassera,” Blue Dragon said.

“What’s your na?”

“Leon,” Leon replied indifferently.

Leon continued to look at the items in the store.

Since the back of his head doesn’t have eyes, he completely missed Blue Dragon’s sympathetic gaze.

Leon thought he could fool everyone, but the fact is that Blue Dragon also had its ways and had long seen through him, just remaining silent.

While stealing gaze at Leon, Blue Dragon gently pursed its lips, thinking about the monster Red Dragon who used spells similar to blasphemous words, and the God Slayer Red Dragon who always insisted on completely eliminating threats, turned out to be just a child longing to go ho.

Now, both Red Dragon and Blue Dragon knew each other’s identities, but neither knew that the other knew as well.
