Chapter 383: Chapter 378 Confrontation

Tassera and Cecilia hovered high above the Lost Plateau, fearing that a single magma spear from the Fla Divine Successor would knock them down, or that he would simply fly up and decapitate them, especially since Leon got nothing from confronting that guy.

“So many fire giants.” Cecilia observed as the fire giant army marched like a long serpent between the mountains of the Lost Plateau. “Are there really that many fire giants on the Lost Plateau?”

“The Lost Plateau is very large, having so many fire giants is normal.” Tassera paused, “Now’s not the ti to talk about that, let’s move.”

“I wonder if they’ll fall for it.” Cecilia said, suddenly flapping her wings hard.

The movents of the blue dragon and the green dragon were naturally not hidden from Kazegro, nor from Jasas as the Fire Giant Spirit Furnace Master.

“They’re headed to the Lost Plateau…”

Enemies fighting the fire giants often get misled by their brute behavior, thinking their opponents are crude and stupid barbarians. While fire giants are indeed war-crazed, they’re also exceptionally shrewd tacticians. Jasas could see the intentions of the two dragons at a glance, saying, “They’re trying to harass our rear.”

“No.” Jasas laughed, “They actually want to pretend to harass our rear, to lure us back and interrupt our advance… unless that red dragon shows up, just the two of them even if they find our rear fortress, they can’t break through.”

Tassera and Cecilia’s plan failed, but Tassera’s parents and cousins, the four blue dragons, succeeded in their maneuver. The four blue dragons collapsed the mountain path.

Kazegro, as the Fla Divine Successor, could lt stones into molten lava, but when faced with a collapsed mountain path, a large pit presented quite a challenge.

However, even such a large pit… If it were a humanoid army, they might get trapped; but for fire giants over five ters tall, it was just a matter of so extra effort climbing up and down, at most delaying them for half a day.

In fact, in less than half a day, over two hundred fire giants climbed over the pit, but they needed to bring along the slave army of ogres and trolls, and hellhounds, which took considerable ti to get across.

Unfortunately, to dig a pit big enough to stop the fire giants, even with the combined efforts of the four blue dragons it took a lot of ti, and getting one pit dug was impressive enough. There were no more effective ans to continue blocking the fire giants.

The Lost Plateau is quite long, but not very wide; in just over two days the fire giant army would appear at the exit of the Lost Plateau, then just down the mountain path, through the forest and they’d reach Watchtower Port… That forest is Cecilia’s territory, and this ti, it’s in trouble.

“There is Watchtower Port.” Kazegro looked at the city on the coast from afar, quietly calculating the distance, “Finally got out of there, let everyone rest here, eat sothing… recover and renew, tomorrow morning we’ll march straight to Watchtower Port, I want to destroy that red dragon’s lair.”

The fire giants rested in shifts, but Kazegro did not rest. As a Fla Divine Successor, he possessed an extraordinary essence and did not need sleep, food, drink, or air, and he had to guard against the red dragon getting desperate.

However, Leon was still into alchemy, making as much as he could, no ti for a night raid.

He did want to send out forces to harass, but none of the dragons under him could escape from the Fla Divine Successor’s grasp. The kraken was inconvenient on land, and hobgoblin units wouldn’t mind losses, but they scattered before even getting close to the fire giant army.

Thus, the night passed just like that.

On the next day, just at dawn, the fire giant army gathered, ate, and prepared their equipnt.

“Listen to my command, the whole army, advance.” Kazegro raised his Magma Blade, waved it in the direction of Watchtower Port, and flas engulfed him.

As soon as Kazegro spoke, the fire giants uniformly raised their weapons and advanced toward Watchtower Port. When they reached it, they found that all the trees had been cut down, clearing a large battlefield.

Dwarf female mage Betty stood in front of the group of dragons, beneath her was a massive magic circle.

“Thank you all for giving this opportunity, I will begin the summoning ritual here. When the ritual is complete, a terrifying demon will appear!” Betty finished the spell, “Prepare to et doomsday.”

The massive magic circle began to glow, and a teleportation gate appeared out of thin air.

“Ah ha! I did it! Witness the powerful strength of Summoning Master Betty! Serve , demon!” Betty jumped up and down.

A great demon erged from the teleportation gate, with features combining those of an ape and a wild boar, a bloated body with disproportionately small wings on its back. It was a Judgent Demon, feeding on hatred and despair, highly destructive in battle, with a challenge level of 13.

“Tiny gno, your arrogance will bring…” The Judgent Demon was saying, when it suddenly noticed standing behind the gno were a dozen or more dragons, then on the other side, towering fire giants more oppressive than the Demon Lord himself, leading a fully ard fire giant army.

Though it appeared dull-witted, the Judgent Demon was exceptionally wise and cunning; even so, at this mont, it didn’t know what to say. Then it noticed the sky darken, as a giant red dragon swooped down, so it quickly rolled aside.

Leon arrived, gazed at the Judgent Demon, and frowned, “I thought there would be a Balor summoned; it’s just a Judgent Demon?”

“Sorry, I made a mistake.” Betty said sheepishly, embarrassed.

“It’s okay.” Leon comforted Betty, intent outweighs strength, smacked the Judgent Demon flying, “Scram, go back where you ca from.”

“Yes, yes, Great Red Dragon Lord.” The Judgent Demon said obsequiously, almost tearfully, who said the Material Plane was a paradise, the Abyssal Blood War was only at this level, I want to go ho.

Leon paid no mind to the minor Judgent Demon, looking up at Kazegro and his army.

“Here I am.” Kazegro grasped the Magma Blade.

Leon did not respond, simply kept taking pills, Chao Yuan Ointnt, Three Immortal Pills…

“Who do you think will win?”

The Fla Divine Successor appeared, leading fire giants to attack the Zhen Dan Kingdom, attracting countless forces’ attention. Not to ntion the Talia Alliance, even devils sent spies, countless eyes watching the upcoming war.

“Certainly the Fla Divine Successor and his army.” A man wrapped in a black robe said in a low voice, “That Zhen Dan Kingdom only has that one red dragon to fight, others…”

“Stop talking, just watch.” A voice of a charming woman interrupted.

“The red dragon spread its wings, he’s not going to flee, is he?” The black-robed man squinted.

“You really are a fool… the red dragon is preparing.” The charming voiced woman said, “The wind, I heard the red dragon’s wind is powerful, I wonder how strong it is.”
