Alice,Anna’s mother, shouted at the top of her voice as she questioned her husband.
Jonathan looked at the woman before him with a boring expression.
"Don’t you dare talk to with that attitude woman! I work all round the clock only for you to spend my hard earned money on baseless shopping and you dare question ?"
His voice bood making the woman cower a little.
"Look at your useless daughter. She got an invitation to the launch party but she couldn’t even take her own parents! Do you know how much connections I could have made yesterday? You don’t, so shut your mouth and the next ti you dare raise your voice at , I will throw you out of my house!"
The man went past Alice and into the master bedroom when his cell phone rang. He looked at the caller only to smile widely before picking it up.
Alice was left staring at her husband with a mixture of worry and anger. She has never felt assured in her relationship because she knows she seduced and stole soone’s man.
If she was able to easily seduce the man, then soone younger and prettier than her could easily seduce her husband. She was in her own thoughts but she did not realize that her thoughts were exactly correct!
Inside the bedroom, Jonathan cleared his throat before finally speaking,
"Miss so soon baby?" Despite his old age, the man tried sounding flirty and sexy.
On the other end, the girl made a disgusting face as she heard his words but let out a sweet, coquettish voice that could make the man lt.
"Stop teasing baby...I saw a certain designer bag that caught my attention but I am sadly short of...."
She did not finish when Jonathan chimd in, "Stop being polite when you ask for these things Linda, I am your man, I should be providing for you, just send the price and your bank account number."
He sounded so proud that Linda on the other end wanted to just laugh out loud at him.
They spoke for so ti before Linda finally hung up. She stood from the coach and started spinning around, with her glass of wine.
’Revenge... oh sweet revenge..lalala...’
She suddenly stopped and started laughing, "Hehehe Anna... how are you going to react when I make your own father throw you out? Ohh lalala..."
The girl continued spinning as she laughed.
She is Linda, the sa exact girl hired by Jane for Jonathan.[Refer to Chapter 30]
Since Jonathan heads one of the subsidiaries of Lu cooperation, Jane made sure she beca the secretary and indeed, it did not take the man long to cheat on his wife!
