"Mark Mu!" He followed the voice only to see a cute girl waving her hand excitedly. She was in an office attire indicating where she just ca from. She was trying to rush towards him but her high heels were preventing her from running.
He chuckled slightly and walked towards the girl, giving her a tight hug once he got to her.
"Damn woman! You are a CEO and the young mistress of the Yang family, can’t you at least protect your image?"
Mark spoke as he tried hard to hold his laughter.
Chloe broke the hug and looked at the man trying so hard not to laugh. She tried so hard to maintain a straight face but failed and the both ended up bursting into laughter.
"You ungrateful soul, I had to leave my work to co and pick you only for you laugh at ! Humph!"
Chloe complained after their laughter died down.
"Relax girl, it’s been long since I made fun of you, a whole month! Such a long period!"
Mark imdiately defended himself before the girl started getting mad.
His explanation cald her down a little and the two started walking towards her car leaving the people who knew their identities mouth open in shock.
Chloe Yang and Mark Mu grew up as good friends and with ti, they beca best friends. They beca friends due to their nature.
They were both bubbly and loved fun. In addition, both of them loved playing video gas. Her brothers loved her but they rarely had sibling ti together due to the nature of their works, they were ever busy.
Since Mark’s elder brother and parents were always ever busy with governnt matters, he had no one to play with and when Chloe ca along they imdiately clicked and with ti, they beca best friends, supporting each other in their dreams to where they are today.
The text Chloe received so days back was from her best friend and right now, apart from her family, no one made her happy than her best friend, she had every right to be happy and smile throughout the day.
As the car was leaving the airport, Chloe shared everything with Mark, everything that happened during the period he was away, except for Liam and Jane Lu... She wanted her brother to ntion it to his sworn brothers himself, that is when she will be sure she is about to get a sister in law.
The car arrived at Chloe costics and the girl parked her car in her private parking lot and led her best friend through the private elevator.
What both of them did not realize is that a car had been following them since they left the airport.
The car was parked on the other side of the street facing the mighty tall Chloe Costics building.
"Madam, she has just arrived from the airport with the second young master of the Mu family."
The man in the car reported to soone over the phone.
"I want you to wait until she is all alone and do your thing, make sure you teach her a lesson and imdiately report back." The person on the other end said as she hung up the phone.
The man completed his call but did not realize soone was following his every single action from a far.
