If anyone were to step into their room right now, they would imdiately feel the imnse pressure and the big sense of bloodlust filling the air. The couple was simply not going to let anything go because they had made-up their minds and if anyone thought that Daniel is the crazy one, then they were yet to et Emily, who is an absolute psycho.
As if the people in question could feel that soone was talking bad about them or soone was planning sothing against them, the xi family, which was put in one cell, imdiately sneezed, each one of them doing it simultaneously as they rubbed their noses, their heads filled with countless and endless thoughts.
"Well, this is the end for us I guess..."
Father Xi quietly murmured as he found his shoes interesting, his line of sight directed to them, as one could tell from his physique that the man had lost a lot of weight and that he was accumulating a lot of depression and stress.
His son did not bother answering him, but again, Cynthia imdiately spoke out, Constantly cussing out, Constantly throwing shade at the wardens as they were crumped up in one place.
No one put in too much consideration, but they just didn’t bother checking up on her, or just didn’t bother listening to whatever she was saying because it has been a long period of ti since they were arrested, since they were arraigned in court, and instead of being put in different prisons, these people were put in the sa place under what they assu are soone’s big orders.
It was at the sa mont that they were discussing that so big burly n imdiately barged in and took them by their collars as they led them outside.
Father Xi and his son imdiately grabbed the chance as he thought he could make an escape by beating up the n, but they were unable to. Having had ties with the underworld, the three knew that they were soon going to be taken sowhere where the possibility of them being tortured and killed was very high.
The n sneered, but didn’t say much as they tightened their grip around these three people, not intending to let anyone of them go as the orders from above say that any mistake and they were going to pay with their lives and frankly, no one was ready to lose their lives.
It was even surprising to the Xi family that no warden bothered with them. Rather, no single warden was inside. It is like they suddenly disappeared. No matter how much they tried screaming, no matter how much they tried raising their voices, no one was in sight.
"Where are you taking us? I have a right to speech! I have a right to speak! Where are you taking us?"
Father Xi gained so courage and tried reprimanding the n, but instead he only got a sneer back and a slap that shut him up imdiately.
"Well, you’d wish you didn’t have that right of speech by the ti we’re done with you. You ssed with the wrong person this ti around...
Cynthia shivered on seeing her all mighty and all grand father being treated in such a manner that she imdiately shattered because she knew if her father could be beaten up then worse could be done to her.
At the sa ti, in the Lu mansion, Daniel had already left with Emily as they chose one of his locations to change into their attire as they headed to where they had instructed the n to take their Xi family.
"Are you sure about this love?"
Daniel asked Emily once again, so as to make sure that he did not wrong his woman in any way and that everything would go just right.
"Oh, you don’t know how much really I am, honey, I want to revenge for my kids. I want to return the favor back. I want to injure them back. My love... I want to... And after I am done with the Xi family, I want that woman who dared to try Kill my grandchild, and hard my daughter and in the process, hard my son-in-law."
Daniel just smiled as he landed a kiss on her forehead, not saying much. It was at this sa mont that his cellphone suddenly rang and the people he had instructed inford him that they had sent them to the required location.
"Ti to avenge for my daughters."
Emily muttered with a face full of anger, with her face bearing too much hatred that Daniel could feel the vibe leaking and the vibe contaminating the air. But because this is his woman and he knew he felt worse than that, he didn’t dare comnt.
"Dad, what are..what ..What are they going to do with with us? Aaaaaaah!!!"
Cynthia was already shaking as she tried extracting so information from her dad, only for a huge mouse to pass by her leg, making the girls scream and in the process, earning her a glare from both son and father.
She returned back the glare, as if telling them that they were just accusing her all the ti, and that this ti round her scream was really worth it.
The pair of father and son didn’t bother with this girl any more as they were busy trying to figure out who this person that dared to take them out of the station, out of that place with all the police and all the wardens, they were curious to know how much power this person had and who this person really is, because as far as they know, they have offended too many people.
"I guess we’ll just have to wait and see...."
Nicolas muttered to himself as he observed his father and said nothing much. The family of three maintained their silence until they heard so voices outside, behind the door that they were locked in, and imdiately their eyes lit up because they could have sworn that they were for very, very much familiar with that voice, just that they don’t know where they heard it.
Before their eyes could lighten up further, mother Xi was imdiately brought in and thrown right next to her husband as she glared at the man with pure hatred.
"You... You! Just wait and see. Do you know who I am? I am the madam of the Xi family! Are you mad? Treating and throwing like so dirt?! Just to wait and see! I will deal with you very, very well. You wait. Just wait..."
"Now, woman, I hope you know that you are in no place to utter or speak such nonsense. If anything, I can kill you right here, right now, and no one, absolutely no one, will hold accountable. So you better watch that filthy, dirty mouth!"
The burly man glared at mother Xi, making the woman imdiately shiver back as she quietened down at the sa ti.
"You thought you were going to run away so soon. Yeah... Look at you... Reunited with your family. Welco, mother."
Nicholas sneered at the woman he called mother, the woman who abandoned them and tried running away from all of this, only for her to be brought back and only for her to be sitting on the cold, dirty, filthy floor alongside them. If anything, he couldn’t be more happier as he didn’t intend to suffer alone.
"You unfilial thing! I am your mother! How dare you speak that way to ? Look at you. Look at your son. Is this the thing that you are raising? You...Nonsense!!"
Mother Xi was not even able to finish her statent as a kick, Well, a weak kick was landed on her and she couldn’t help but cough out. Despite the fact that Nicholas was chained, he could at least still try to use so strength to strike his mother.
According to Nicholas, it didn’t matter even if the woman is his mother, as no one should treat him in such a manner. No one should speak to him and well... this would be a way for him to justify, satisfy and validate his violent tendencies.
Mother Xi was about to speak further, but on realizing that her husband was not even bothering to protect her or even bothering to reprimand her son, she just kept quiet and gritted her teeth in anger.
"These fools! The day I will have a chance to leave this place....Heh!"
She inwardly muttered to herself as she couldn’t help but plan what she was going to do with her life the mont she left this place. One thing about her is that she didn’t realize this is the sa place where her life was going to end and these are the sa people that would unfortunately end her life.
If Mother Xi would have known that then she would have treated her family way better, from her husband to her youngest child. But because she just chose to betray her family, she just chose to backstab her family and run away from them in tis of need, in danger, then they were not going to spare her when Daniel and Emily were going to co. The couple intended to play cat and mouse gas with these people until they all died in each other ’s hands, and what they want, they will always get.
