The mont Crimson Nimbus God-Emperor appeared, every bystander held their breath. Thirty trillion years—that was thirty full eras.
It sounded like an eternity, but for an Immortal Class powerhouse, thirty trillion years of Chronos was nothing. Many Immortal Class beings lived for hundreds of eras, and so ancient God-Emperors had endured for thousands.
God-Emperor Extinction was one such ancient, having lived through seven thousand eras. His strength sat at the very pinnacle of all God-Emperors, a distinction earned through more than just the mastery of Destruction Power. He was far older than many of the current Supre Divinities.
It was a pity that only one Supre God of Ruin could exist at a ti. Otherwise, his talent, strength, and seniority would have surpassed many of the Supre Divinities from their younger days. Even now, the weaker Supre Divinities were no match for him. The gap between Tier 15 Destruction Power and soone who had ascended to a Supre Divinity using a Tier 1 elent was staggering.
"Sky Demon, you have violated the laws of the universe," Crimson Nimbus God-Emperor declared, his voice cold and devoid of fear despite the mountain-sized entity before him. "Withdraw now while the formation is still broken, and I may spare your life!"
He had sensed that this Arch-Fiend was only at Arch-Fiend Stage 3—essentially Immortal Class Stage 3. That was a full stage below his own level. At this height of power, a single stage difference was an insurmountable chasm; he could end the creature in an instant.
Once a cultivator reached the God-King realm, the gap between stages was no longer a re doubling of power—it was fivefold. A Stage 2 God-King was five tis more terrifying than a Stage 1. The sa held true for the Immortal Class. A single small stage difference ant an absolute, instantaneous kill.
At this level, everyone utilized Tier 15 techniques and weapons, most of which were honed to Transcendent Mastery. The only true variable was the level of one’s Law, but even that could rarely bridge a full stage's divide.
"Hahaha!"
The Sky Demon threw his head back and roared with laughter at the God-Emperor's threat.
"A re Stage 4 God-King brat dares to talk about killing ? You must be a disciple of Pyralis the Supre Divinity. How arrogant. Seven hundred trillion years ago, even your Master didn't dare speak to like that!"
The Sky Demon’s thunderous laughter caused the very fabric of the world to tremble. Crimson Nimbus God-Emperor’s face paled. Seven hundred trillion years ago, his ntor had already been at least an Immortal Class Stage 7 powerhouse. His ntor had once told him of a defeat at the hands of a terrifying Sky Demon—a battle he only survived because the experts of the Sky-Cloud Clan arrived in ti.
"You... you’re Emperor Carnage?!" he gasped, horror flickering in his eyes.
"Since you've guessed my identity, boy, then die!"
Emperor Carnage’s eyes flashed with a surge of infinite Psionic Pressure.
Rumble!
In the next heartbeat, a localized Flood of aura erupted from the Sky Demon. His cultivation level skyrocketed, hitting the Arch-Fiend limit in a split second. The sheer pressure was so suffocating that Crimson Nimbus God-Emperor found himself unable to even twitch a finger.
Despair took hold. It was obvious now—if the creature didn't have the power to kill him, why would it have chosen his sector to break through?
"Kill!"
With a guttering roar, Emperor Carnage snapped his blood-red wings. A cataclysmic wave of Slaughterer’s Qi swept out like a cosmic Flood, surging toward the distant Hunter's Continent and the paralyzed God-Emperor.
"Damn it!" Crimson Nimbus God-Emperor scread, desperately trying to ignite his power. It was futile. The Law of Slaughter engulfed him, his flesh dissolving into Slaughterer’s Qi until nothing remained but a withered skeleton, his soul ground into nothingness.
The wave didn't stop. The Slaughterer’s Qi crashed into the Hunter's Continent. Within seconds, every living soul on the landmass was reduced to bone, their life force snuffed out entirely.
"Hmph."
Emperor Carnage snorted, then blurred into a streak of light toward the depths of space. To avoid drawing The Will of the universe, he shrank his massive fra down to a re hundred ters.
"Emperor's Regression!"
He barked the command, and the violent blood energy swirling around him condensed into pure power, flowing back into the wounds where he had previously sacrificed his flesh. His right side knitted back together almost instantly, though he remained missing a hand. The technique allowed him to recycle any unused energy from his sacrifice back into his physical body. In a few hours, he would be fully restored.
More importantly, he hadn't borrowed power from a Supre Divinity to break the array—he had used his own. He was Emperor Carnage, one of the top three Arch-Fiends in the Celestial Fiends' hierarchy. He was a monster who possessed the raw power of a Supre Divinity.
Like God-Emperor Extinction, he was only held back from the next realm because the Slaughterer Fiend God of the Celestial Fiends was still alive. As long as the seat was occupied, he remained an Arch-Fiend.
This ti, his mission in the Human Race's territory was to find a genius who could manifest the power of a Fiend God.
"According to the coordinates provided by the Slaughterer Fiend God, the brat who can channel that power is within the Supre God-Realm of Destruction," Emperor Carnage mused, his eyes glinting. "If I can capture him and convert him into one of us, we might gain another powerhouse on the level of a Fiend God."
The lower-level Arch-Fiends who had crossed over earlier couldn't return because they had used borrowed power that could only be invoked once. Carrying enough power for two trips was impossible for them—the strain of suppressing such energy would cause them to explode. Only soone like Emperor Carnage could manage it, but he didn't need to. His own strength was enough to shatter the barriers.
The Fiend God of the Celestial Fiends had sensed a transcendent talent in this realm and dispatched Carnage imdiately. Such geniuses were rare even among their own race. Finding him ant securing the future of the Sky Demons.
Of course, the "Sky Demon genius" he was hunting was none other than Lance.
Having mastered the Fiend God's Nirvana, Lance could indeed manifest Sky Demon power. Ironically, that power was rely a side effect; the true strength lay in the technique itself. The Fiend God's Nirvana was the ultimate move of Thanatos, the greatest Fiend God to ever live. Since Thanatos' mysterious death, the technique had been lost. Had the Celestial Fiends possessed it, they might not have suffered such a crushing defeat against the Supre Deity of Death.
And Lance hadn't even pushed the technique to its limit. It was a Tier 15 technique that could potentially break through to Tier 16. That had been Thanatos' limit—but it wouldn't be Lance's.
Lance, however, was blissfully unaware of the target on his back. If he knew, he would likely be speechless. A re Star Sea Realm cultivator—not even Universal Class—being hunted by a monster who was virtually invincible beneath the rank of a Fiend God? It was absurd.
Lance remained unaware of the impending danger, focusing entirely on constructing his array. As the hours ticked by, his work neared completion.
Ding! Congratulations, Host! Your CON and Soul Value have reached 6.4 trillion! Your cultivation has broken through to: Star Sea Realm Stage 6!!
The notification chid in his mind. Exactly five hours had passed since he started.
"Finally finished."
Lance opened his eyes, a slight smirk playing on his lips as he looked at the Void Core in his hand, now etched with countless complex runes.
"Now, I just need to find a Secret Realm with a powerful inheritance. It has to be at least World Lord Mid-Grade or higher."
He stood up from the Abyss and surveyed the surrounding starscape. The planets here were gargantuan, far larger than those in the Universal Class exam zones. The smallest ones he could see were tens of thousands of tis the diater of the Sun, with volus in the trillions. So truly massive planets even had diaters spanning several light-years.
Gravity on such massive spheres was incredibly intense, but for soone at Lance’s level, it was rely a minor factor in his search. He glanced at his status panel.

Lance’s eyes flickered as he reviewed the data.
"I’ve grasped two hundred and forty types of Elental Potency. My Legacy Force is still Tier 16 Peak-Grade, but it’s significantly stronger than before. Still, I’m a long way from Tier 17, and the variety of elents The Eight Sacred Canons can manifest is dwindling."
He estimated he could derive maybe three or four more types before he would have to start evolving Apex Elents.
"Apex elents it is, then. It'll take longer, but a single Apex elent is worth dozens of basic ones. I'll need to find more low-level Void Cores or techniques like the Eight Sacred Canons that grant Awakened Abilities upon mastery. Manual evolution is just too slow."
He rubbed his chin. The Virtual Universe shop was currently disabled, so he’d have to wait until the Genius Trials ended.
BOOM!
A world-shaking explosion roared from the distance. The sky began to vibrate violently.
Vrum!
Pillars of blinding light shot into the heavens, so radiant that cultivators within hundreds of millions of light-years were forced to shield their eyes.
"Holy shit, what is that light? I’m at the limit of the Domain Lord Class and I can’t see a thing!"
"Who's showing off? My eyes!"
"Wait, light that intense and a pillar that tall... is that a mid-to-late stage God-King Secret Realm?!"
"Move! If we’re late, there won’t be anything left!"
Across the region, every cultivator who saw the light began racing toward its source. Fortunately, the light carried no heat; otherwise, entering Dark Space to travel toward it would have amplified the intensity by billions, incinerating anyone below the World Lord Class.
"God-King Class? If it really is that high, this might get complicated," Lance muttered, squinting at the distant radiance.
Nearby, God-Emperor Extinction—the architect of this distraction—felt a pang of worry. What if Lance thinks the level is too high and chickens out?
His fears were unfounded. Lance didn't hesitate. He kicked off, plunging into Dark Space and hurtling toward the light at incredible speed.
Thanks to his mastery of Holy Light Power and Extre Yin Power, the light was rely annoying to Lance. Other cultivators weren't so lucky. Even with their eyes closed and their backs turned, the radiance pierced through their bodies and their Consciousness Hubs.
As the Domain Lord Class experts arrived, they found themselves in a complete white-out. Even Divine Perception returned nothing but static. They could only navigate by heading toward the point of maximum brightness.
"Hey! Who bumped into ?"
"Which bastard is blind? Get out of the way!"
"You bumped into , you idiot!"
"Who are you calling blind? You want to go?!"
"I'm right next to you! Try it!"
"Fine! Die!"
"Who hit ?!"
In an instant, the area around the Secret Realm descended into total chaos. Blinded and frustrated, the cultivators began hacking at anything that moved.
When Lance finally arrived, he was greeted by the sight of hundreds of quadrillions of Domain Lord Realm experts engaged in a massive, sightless brawl. Streams of Necrotic Energy began flooding into his body.
"Well, they’re racking up a body count without even seeing each other," Lance said, bemused. "At this rate, my array is going to have a steady supply of idiots lining up to die."
He didn't mind. The more people, the better. It ant more power for him to stockpile, giving him the chance to erase even a high-level powerhouse if necessary—as long as they weren't above Immortal Realm Stage 4.
Calculations showed he’d need hundreds of millions of deaths to really charge his reserves. It was a tall order, but the numbers here were promising.
As the crowd swelled, Lance quietly pulled out his "masterpiece."
It was a Tier 12 High-Grade Void Core—the foundation of the Nine-Revolution Heaven-Devouring Array.
