Xu Cheng felt like she was dreaming. “You really want us to get married?”
“Of course,” Eric replied without a mont of hesitation.
If everything were to go as planned, that would an that Xu Cheng would be Lina’s successor, and LAYNA would be Xu Cheng’s in the future. As Xu Cheng’s husband, he would naturally be able to gain control of the company. Once he had full control over the company, he would have no need for Xu Cheng and Huang Ying anymore and could just cast them aside.

Xu Cheng had always dread of being the sort of woman Lina and Ling Tianya were. Now that she was given such a golden opportunity, how could she give it up?
“Got it, Mother.”
“Very well!” Eric chuckled with glee. “Then let’s hope that we’ll be able to fulfill what we set out to achieve soon. But for now, what’s urgent is for us to call Lina back. She’s currently with Ling Tianya.”
