Second, she kinda has a hunch about Rose's infectious disease of stupidity, Though there is no solid proof but she as an S-rank has a very strong repulsion when Rose cos near her.

And also there is fear that if they offer soone like Rose, Those gods will be pissed at them and throw tantrums. There were legends of them doing so over minor things.
So sending Rose to them as a sacrifice would be considered a direct offence, Helen currently doesn't want to deal with that kind of thing, so Rose has to stay.
"Huh!? Mother, how stupid do you think I am? I know my sister would not kill nor sacrifice , I am more worried about what she is planning for ."
Rose abruptly stopped crying and looked at Helen with a weird look on her face. Her eyes were red and beca puffy because of standing as her soft cheeks were stained by the trail of warm tears.

Rose being alone with Alia all this year should know this personality trait of her own sisters but then thinking how dumb her youngest daughter is, Helen gives up on it thinking she is just that stupid.

Helen could not help but compare Capybara, whose motto is to airhead, Be soo stupid that confuses others on how one can be this stupid.
That is how apparently they survived this long, They just don't give fuck about anything as they do not have the ntal capability to do so.
Unlike their other family mbers like Honey Bagger or Wolverine they not chose be as offence as possible that you not even afraid of god rather they chose to be as friendly as possible that even jaws of death you can be relax.
Which sohow works, The proof of that they didn't get wipe out yet ans it world, Maybe her daughter is like them, Chose friendly natural for survival.

Rose after a mont of silence spoke to Helen as if she just heard the most bizarre thing. She knew Alia very well and who she acted to, Rose is terrified of Alia because this analogy is actually highly probable.
"Huh!?...Then why do you say she will not hurt you?"
It was Helen's ti to be taken aback, She looked at Rose as if she was watching so bizarre creature, She even ran her mana and searched Rose to confirm if she is her stupid daughter or not.
Turns out this is her stupid daughter, Who actually understands what threat she was dealing with, But this makes her more confused if she knows then why Rose does not think Alia would not hurt her.
"What do you an why? It is obvious, You are still alive and still head of the family, Which ans you have all the authority and power in the family. If she kills or hurts , You would stand against it as killing family mbers is prohibited under your rules.
Only you as a head of the family can make that decision, so sister knowing the consequences would not hurt , and there are also other things that are going to prevent her from doing so.
Like even if we assu you will forgive her as she would be the only heir of the family left behind, the sister would still not take such a gamble, As she didn't like to be at the rcy of the odds.
And one more thing is that even if I am not that special I am still 2nd and youngest daughter of the Miller family. If sothing happened to there would be a lot of talk, questions and investigations.
Even if my sister and you pushed down and buried this matter in front of common people, This would still be dirty laundry which can be found out by anyone with little ti and a similar background like us.
Which would give a handle to those people to use against sister, Knowing sister this would be the biggest reason she would never kill or sacrifice as she didn't want a headache.

Rose just looked at Helen totally confused on why Helen would ask such a question about this simple thing to her but knowing it was her mother who asked it, She parted her rosy lips and started her reason thoroughly.
While Helen just looked at her youngest daughter with utter shock.
"Who are you?!"
In the end, Helen could only able to utter such words as her eyes filled with disbelief locked on her youngest with full of uncertainty about her identity.
