Each stab she made was swift and accurate, retreating imdiately whether it wounded the enemy or not, without any hesitation.
Chu ng, like Long Yan, wielded a folding long spear. Each thrust of the spear burst with a splash of blood. Although its killing power was relatively low, its advantage lay in its length, allowing them to cooperate and prevent the surrounding wolf pack from getting too close.
To Long Yan, this pack was almost child’s play, but facing these four people, he couldn’t utilize his True Qi for now. Long Yan intended to act weak and unexpectedly strong (“a pig eating a tiger”), because if word got out that he could use True Qi, the Ten Thousand Beasts Sect might beco wary of him.
Sidestepping to avoid a wolf’s pounce, Long Yan clenched his fist and punched hard on the wolf’s waist. The structure of Demon Wolves is the sa as normal wolves; their heads are as strong as iron, but their waists like tofu, which is precisely where their weak point lies.
Long Yan moved like a phantom among the pack, though his damage wasn’t as high as Chu Lu’s. Each attack he made left a Demon Wolf severely injured. His beguiling agility even surpassed that of Tian Luo Yi, an assassin. Demon Wolves under Long Yan’s blows couldn’t stand, a scene witnessed by the other four in the rcenary Group.

Zhu Ying saw a Demon Wolf trying to stealthily attack Chu ng. With great force, her flexible sword instantly pierced through the wolf’s neck. As she flicked the blood off her sword, Zhu Ying gave Chu ng a reproachful look.
But the wolf pack was too nurous. Zhu Ying only managed to protect Chu ng once before three or four Demon Wolves broke through their defensive circle, closing in on the two won. The two were so frightened their faces paled. But with Chu Lu surrounded by no less than dozens of Demon Wolves, protecting himself had beco the limit, leaving no ti to aid the two won.
Tian Luo Yi wanted to turn back and support but was tightly entangled by five or six Demon Wolves, utterly unable to turn back.
At this point, four or five Demon Wolves were drawing even closer to the two won.
