Facing such a monstrous creature that was beyond his cognition, Dawn's heart remained calm without any ripple, resembling the surface of an ancient well.
The Nether Wraith looked at the tiny human soul in front of it and frowned; it was its first ti seeing such a small human. Suddenly, it seed to have thought of sothing, and a cold glint flashed in its eyes.
'His majesty would definitely not like it if I presented such an unassuming human soul... might even kill in anger...'
Although Dawn didn't know what was going inside the monster's head, he could sowhat guess what it was thinking by looking at the strange look in its eyes.
"Hehe.... Very well little human, I shall be magnanimous for once..."
Before the Nether Wraith could continue, Dawn suddenly looked in its direction and calmly muttered in his heart.
'Nine Abyss Laser Eyes.'
The Nether Wraith also realized sothing was wrong and imdiately lunged towards Dawn while letting out a blood-curdling screech that shook the souls of everyone who heard it.
Dawn's eyes turned crimson red, a searing heat lit up behind his eyes, and instinctively, he blinked hard. A sudden burst of light erupted from his gaze, shooting straight at the creature. The monster recoiled, its smoky form dissipating slightly.
"So, that's how it works," Dawn muttered, his confidence growing.
"W-what is this attack?" the Nether Wraith roared in horror.
A single attack from this tiny human seed to have directly burned its soul to a crisp.
No! Sothing was wrong; it had to escape before it was too late. This tiny human was too strange!
The Nether Wraith imdiately decided to flee after realizing the severity of the situation.
Its smoky form imdiately turned into a cloud of smoke and started to rush upwards.
Dawn was montarily stunned by the Nether Wraith's decisive action; he wasn't expecting to see the signature escape technique of these creatures so fast.
"Not so fast..."
While thinking, he once again recited the na of his skill silently in his heart, and imdiately his eyes once again glowed fiery red like the deepest color of blood.
The scene even looked slightly demonic. In their scattered form, the Nether Wraiths were highly invulnerable; most physical attacks had no effect on them, but Dawn's Nine Abyss Laser Eyes was no simple physical attack.
The Nether Wraith had barely managed to escape by a few ters when it suddenly felt a terrifying feeling behind it.
"No, no, no... how is this possible? A puny human can't kil—"
It didn't have the luxury to finish its words when it was swallowed by the red pulsating light which seed to have directly co from the deepest part of hell, burning its soul directly to a crisp.
Dawn wasn't able to watch his handiwork as imdiately after he launched his second attack, a deep sense of weakness filled his body, making him feel as if he was going to faint any mont.
Huff! Huff!
His chest rose up and down heavily as if he had just finished running a marathon; sweat started to appear on his forehead.
Although the attack was extrely strong, it seed to have consud all of his strength.
Thinking up to this point, his heart sank—what if the earlier commotion had attracted other Nether Wraiths!
Just as Dawn's thoughts were about to go down a rabbit hole, his eyes landed on the rows of windows that had popped up when the Nether Wraith was burned to a crisp.
"Can't get distracted now..."
Dawn ignored the urge to look at the windows for now and gritted his teeth to ignore the tiredness filling his body.
"Staying in the open is just suicidal; first I need to take cover."
While thinking, Dawn started to crawl toward the nearest soul nourishing pods to hide.
Compared to his body, the pods were enormous; if he hid behind one, it would be difficult for others to notice him.
Once he managed to hide, Dawn sighed with relief.
He could have also left the Eternal Battlefield and returned to the real world, but that would be against his original objectives.
After his heart cald down, Dawn sighed and looked at the blue windows.

With this skill, he now had fewer things to worry about.
After so ti, his emotions cald down, allowing Dawn to think about important things.
Questions arose about how these skills were unlocked, what he needed to achieve, and most importantly, how he could level them up.
After thinking for a mont, Dawn sighed and shook his head to get rid of unnecessary thoughts.
Such questions couldn't be easily answered.
Now that his thoughts were clear, he glanced at the remaining windows.
