Chapter 492: Chapter 486: You Don’t Understand

“No, not reaching an agreent is the biggest agreent,” Hanson Lee said, shaking his head firmly. “Graceful.”

“Yes, Father,” Graceful Lee replied imdiately, sensing that Hanson had sothing to instruct.

“The tea leaves from the Moon of West Lake can prolong my life. How much power do you think the people surrounding the one who owns such an item have?” Hanson Lee asked an entirely irrelevant question.

Graceful Lee was taken aback. Having drank that kind of tea before, he knew exactly how potent the leaves were. You could say the effect bordered on the miraculous.

“What do you think people like us can’t resist?” Hanson Lee asked another question.

“Sothing like Cloud Mist tea is probably irresistible to us.” Graceful Lee didn’t play the fool; Hanson Lee had made it so apparent. If he still didn’t understand, he must be a complete idiot.

“So, if we can’t resist such a thing, do you think the private club with the invitation system of the Moon of West Lake will succeed?” Hanson Lee asked calmly.

“Of course.” Graceful Lee had no doubts about this at all because both he and his father were hoping to beco the next batch of invited mbers of the Moon of West Lake.

“So, I don’t need to spell out how many rich people are in this club, right? The deeds of Damian Bryan, the president of Concaster, are no secret in this circle. Of course, nobody else has the right to say anything, and since he eventually succeeded, they have even less right to say anything. So, there will be many people like this in the future. Perhaps when they’re young, it doesn’t seem like much, but the older they get, the more they fear death.” Hanson Lee started speaking nonchalantly.

“So, what you’re saying is, Finn Lewis will definitely succeed in the future and, because of this club, many rich people might gather around him, forming a massive conglorate? Is that what you an?” Graceful Lee asked respectfully.

“Roughly so. You’re still young; you won’t understand yet. But when the ti cos, you’ll get it. Actually, I think I understand what he was saying. But you don’t need to know this. What you need to know now is, if we don’t cooperate with him, what will happen when he has technology far superior to ours?” Hanson Lee swiftly asked.

“There is a high possibility that they would produce on their own and start selling, setting up relevant businesses. They have sufficient financial strength.” Graceful Lee replied after so thought.

“Exactly. Once they enter the market, if we don’t have enough capital, how will we compete with them? The business world is brutal; either you invite them to join you, or you wait for them to oust you.” A sense of determination washed over Hanson Lee’s face.

“I understand, Father,” Graceful Lee replied earnestly.

Hanson Lee and Graceful Lee left, leaving Finn Lewis to contemplate a lot. Cooperate with Concaster? Finn Lewis had never considered this before, but since they had co to him, he felt that this could be discussed. Even though Finn Lewis held a 4.8% stake, that was only 4.8%—not 48%—so it would not influence his decisions much.

Furthermore, in a way, the mobile communication industry had far-reaching global implications. Hence, this was worth considering. Also, the Prism Plan proposed by the North Federation governnt was of significant interest to Finn Lewis. If all the phones in the world used CPUs manufactured by his company, it would be too easy to plant so backdoors, especially with this new technology.

“Shall we collaborate with Concast?” Fishy Wells asked.

“We can consider it. If it’s about an equity stake in exchange for the technology, let’s see how many shares they’re willing to offer.” Finn Lewis pondered, then chuckled. Since they were willing to offer an equity stake in exchange for technology, he also wouldn’t mind offering technology in exchange for an equity stake. Of course, it would depend on the sort of technology—like the Graphene technology, for instance—which he definitely wouldn’t offer.

Unless Concaster allowed Finn Lewis to control more than 80% of the stakes. Otherwise, there was no need to consider it because Finn unquestionably wouldn’t agree.

“Hmm, how’s working with Concaster different from working with the Southland Country governnt? But it might be useful to instigate a conflict between the North Federation and Southland Country governnts. Concast has quite a profound influence in the Southland Country governnt.” Fishy Wells nodded and stated.

Finn looked at Fishy and then laughed, “Not bad, do you know what I am thinking about?”

“I can probably guess.” Shaking her head, Fishy replied.

“Tell .” Finn asked curiously.

Even though what Fishy said was sowhat different from Finn’s thoughts, she had her own ideas. Moreover, the Asian Infrastructure Investnt Bank was indeed the key. This could be the start of Fla Nation establishing its own circle.

“Young Master, I’ve found so information.” Olivia Thatcher’s voice resounded. Finn lifted his hand and glanced at the ti. Olivia had managed to find clues within just over an hour—a remarkable feat.

“Hmm, good eye. Keep it up. I have so things to deal with. In the anti, you could go next door…” Finn chuckled before pointing towards the room next door.

Fishy gave Finn a knowing look, rose to her feet, and headed towards the next room. After Fishy had left, Finn closed the door, and his face darkened instantly. He quickly pulled out his phone. “Olivia, tell , who was it really?” Finn asked.

“At this mont, we can’t identify the actual mastermind. However, these people are probably from the international rcenary organization Liquid Gold,” Olivia replied.

“Liquid Gold?” Finn furrowed his eyebrows.

“Yes, Liquid Gold. It’s a large-scale international rcenary organization. If we go by the international rcenary rank, it should be an A-grade rcenary corps. They have roughly 600 rcenaries, and in addition to that, they have about 800 personnel involved in logistics and other roles,” Olivia quickly answered.

“Excellent!” Finn responded grimly.

“Can we confirm their location?” Finn inquired imdiately.

“We have confird it. I have detailed records in hand, including their channels into Fla Nation, the procedures they’ve gone through, and the people who handled their procedures,” Olivia answered succinctly.

“Very well. In that case, be prepared to have Backup 1 take over,” Finn intoned coldly. “Since they dared to accept such a task, they should be prepared for the consequences. However, I have one question. If they’re rely rcenaries, why are they willing to commit suicide without hesitation if they fail? It seems that most rcenaries would choose to surrender if they fail, wouldn’t they?”
