Li Yifei paid no attention to these small fries. Standing at the door, he listened to the loud crying from inside the villa, and a smile gradually appeared on his previously stiff face.
"That’s my son, even his cries are so loud," Li Yifei muttered to himself, but soon raised his hands to push the door, worried that the prolonged crying might damage the child’s throat.
The villa door opened, and Li Yifei walked in with big strides. He saw a child standing beside the sofa, tears in his eyes as he looked at him. Noticing soone approaching, the child stopped crying, widened his eyes, and stared at Li Yifei, seemingly curious about who this person was.
The child looked exactly like the one in the photo, with features resembling Li Yifei’s when he was young. Confirming that this was the child, Li Yifei breathed a sigh of relief. Before opening the door, he was actually worried about one thing: After all this effort to rescue the child, what if they had swapped him? In that case, he might head straight to the Holy War Organization’s headquarters.
Li Yifei thought for a mont; the child was almost a year old, no wonder he could stand while holding on to things. At this age, he should almost be able to speak, right?

Tears welled up in Su ngxin’s eyes instantly. That was her child, not only in appearance; the mother and child shared the sa heart. Seeing the child, she knew imdiately it was hers.
After nearly a year of searching, the child was finally found at this mont. It was a journey filled with hardships, even troubling the adults for such a long ti. But finally, they found the child.
Li Yifei’s call ca through right after, and Su ngxin hurried to put it on speaker. From the other end ca the loud cry of the child and the sowhat flustered voice of Li Yifei, saying, "The child seems hungry. I... I don’t have any milk."
"Honey, where are you? Is there a store nearby? They should have formula. Tell the staff; they should be able to help you prepare so milk," Ye Yunzhu, who was more experienced, quickly suggested, and Ning Xin’er nodded in agreent beside her.
Li Yifei explained his location, thinking about where to find so formula. After a bit of searching, he found so baby supplies, including formula, a bottle, and diapers, in the basket under the baby stroller. Breathing a sigh of relief, he left the phone on speaker and, guided by the won, boiled water, prepared the formula, and checked its temperature. While feeding the child, he also changed the child’s diaper.

This statent once again made the won feel bittersweet, especially Su ngxin, who, as the child’s biological mother, naturally hoped to be with her child day and night, watching him change every day. Before hanging up, Su ngxin and the other won suddenly heard a sound like "Mama" from the phone, which gave them a jolt and then turned into great joy. Su ngxin’s face also lit up with boundless joy as she imdiately responded, and the other mothers chid in as well.
Li Yifei on the other end of the line was also surprised, but thinking about it, kids at this age are just learning to speak. Maybe soone taught him, or maybe he made the sound by chance. Either way, it’s delightful.

After hanging up, Li Yifei looked at the child playing in the stroller. Seeing the child’s smiling face, all his fatigue seed to vanish instantly, and a boundless strength welled up in his body.
