Silver Baron and his companions didn’t enter the depths of Furnace Mountain via the underground tunnel from Count Felix’s mansion.

They were loitering outside until they calculated the ti, feeling that Mr. Radiance should have finished his tasks...only then did they all teleport in with the help of Silver Baron’s collective transportation Divine Art.

The mysterious lady certainly also had the ability to teleport—she held the priesthood of rituals, naturally mastering all discovered and undiscovered rites in the world. But rituals always required materials, mysterious knowledge, and procedure tracks...which could complicate things.

As the God of Comrce, Silver Baron could also use the Divine Arts of the God of Transportation.

—Group Travel Spell!

As a brilliant silver light enveloped the three of them.

It was as if they were wrapped in a swiftly moving box...feeling a strong sense of weightlessness like a rapidly falling elevator, it only took about five or six seconds for them to inexplicably reach their destination.

When the silver light dissipated, a rush of heat washed over them.

They had arrived deep within Furnace Mountain.

"No wonder it’s an active volcano."

Feeling the surging heat around her, the mysterious lady’s expression beca slightly peculiar, "Is it about to erupt again?"

"It doesn’t matter."

Silver Baron shrugged, "After all, Furnace Mountain is right below the Tower of the Storm. When it’s really about to erupt, the Tower will surely detect it."

"—You guys are slow."

A cool, youthful voice rose from behind them.

There was clearly no one there before.

In just an instant—without making any sound, a person appeared out of nowhere behind them.

He was a boy about fifteen or sixteen years old, draped in a pure white high-collared windbreaker embellished with gold trim, having white hair and pale skin.

His sleeves were the kind that gradually widened from the elbow to the cuff. His hands hung low, only revealing a bit of his fingertips; the raised collar covered his chin and connected perfectly to his pure white short hair.

His skin was so pale it was nearly translucent, shimring with a visible glow. The similarly transparent pupils seed to flow with a rainbow-like radiance.

He looked like a living crystal ornant.

—That was Mr. Radiance.

Despite being called "Mr.," he was rely a youthful boy.

Mr. Radiance complained, "I’ve already handled everything here and waited for half a day for you to arrive..."

At this point, he suddenly beca cautious, "You didn’t start with this idea in mind, did you?"

"It’s not ’you guys,’ Mr. Radiance."

The mysterious lady bluntly said, "It’s that guy, rculius. He called the three of us over to work, yet he himself plans to do nothing."

"It’s not that I’m doing nothing."

Silver Baron boldly claid, "I’m here, aren’t I? If sothing goes wrong, wouldn’t I have to deal with it anyway? If sothing happened here, wouldn’t it still be up to to patch things up?

"In that regard, I’m like your insurance—and isn’t it a lucky thing if insurance is bought but ends up not being used?"

"—Sophistry."

The mysterious lady scoffed.

Upon hearing this, Mr. Radiance glanced at Silver Baron.

But he didn’t say much more.

Or rather, he had already recognized the unreliable true nature of Silver Baron—

Although it seed like he was constantly busy running around.

Silver Baron organized many events and helped many people...thus, his reputation was high both among gods and mortals.

But if one understood Silver Baron a bit more deeply.

One would realize that he was the type who would absolutely avoid getting his hands dirty if possible. He only took care of networking, guaranteeing, and brokering...at most, he would just cover so basic costs.

Strangely enough, being soone who specifically set up situations...he seemingly appeared fair to everyone, yet always managed to reap quite a few benefits in the end.

Even Mr. Radiance, who had a relatively good relationship with him, hadn’t seen Silver Baron take action in a long ti.

—By the way, in many situations set up by Silver Baron, Mr. Radiance usually ended up doing the work.

This inadvertently created a strange illusion among mortals—that Mr. Radiance was the True God who most liked to intervene in mortal affairs.

However, Mr. Radiance was always indifferent.

"Let it be, Laxsis. It doesn’t matter to , as long as the result is good."

Mr. Radiance spoke gently, "What you wanted to handle, I’ve already taken care of. The people working here, I’ve ’purified’ their mories, making them forget everything; the magic painting they drew has been taken by , and others tainted by the Light of the Chariot have also been controlled by ."

"You’re reliable, Ah Radiance."

Silver Baron crossed his arms and said smilingly, "I knew you wouldn’t let us down."

Whether it was him doing the work or looking at the eventual fa—Mr. Radiance didn’t care about these things.

Only the weak—only those humans who had to rely on the group—needed to consider the issue of reputation.

But Mr. Radiance was the sun.

High above and never descending to the mortal realm. Rather, if he got too close to people, it would bring about disaster.

Thus, Mr. Radiance never tried to understand an individual entity, he just impartially provided what he ought to give—whether it scorched or froze soone, that was none of his concern.

Mr. Radiance brought light and warmth to the world in this way and rescued people from nightmares. Unlike Silver Baron, he never focused on "individuals" and lacked empathy and understanding.

He only did the "fairest and correct" things and left the room for correction to others. He disdained explaining his actions to anyone and didn’t seek help from anyone other than "his brothers", nor did he doubt himself—he was solely responsible for his actions.

This was in stark contrast to Silver Baron.

Perhaps this is also why Mr. Radiance beca friends with Silver Baron.

Put simply, in every experint group, there are those specifically responsible for the work and those responsible for presenting the PowerPoint...although sotis it’s the sa person, in this world it’s clearly not the sa.

Mr. Radiance was the forr and Silver Baron was the latter.

He was a powerhouse in the field, then Silver Baron was his "agent."

"What about that demon from The Void World?"

The mysterious lady inquired, "Did you purify that demon?"

"...Well."

Mr. Radiance hesitated.

In his glassy pupils, suddenly a light shone. It was like a glowing artificial eye, seemingly inspecting sothing or communicating with soone.

Then, he turned and walked deeper, while tossing back a sentence: "Follow .

"Let’s take a look at the scene first."
