Chapter 1920: Chapter 738: Indian Nation (Part 2)

The old President seed a bit stunned, not expecting Lu Pingping to rebut his argunt in such a manner. However, due to his advanced age, he had long lost his sharp debating skills. At the mont, he couldn’t think of any words to counter Lu Pingping’s views. He could only keep repeating, “This fundantally does not align with the ideology and values that we, the United States of Arica, adhere to, so we Aricans will absolutely not agree to it. Without the consent of us Aricans, no region or ethnic group can secede from our United States of Arica.”

Lu Pingping stopped looking at the old President of the United States and turned to soone sitting in the audience seats behind, saying, “Mr. Tatanka ans.”

The man pointed out by Lu Pingping imdiately stood up. He was extrely robust, with face paint and a feather headdress, appearing in a typical Arican Indian attire. This robust man bowed towards Lu Pingping on the podium and said, “Respected Miss Lu Pingping, hello!”

Lu Pingping said, “Mr. Tatanka ans, you are the first autonomous group in the United States to apply for an independence referendum on our Dream Island. How many people can you represent in terms of voting will?”

Tatanka ans was the first practitioner of independence referendum arranged by Lu Pingping, also a model chosen by Dream Island Staff on the United States mainland. Lu Pingping hoped this model could promote a wave of fragntation within the United States, so after the stalemate with the old US President, she decided to demonstrate to everyone present how to secede from the United States.

Tatanka ans said, “Esteed Miss Lu Pingping, I represent a small Indian tribe within the United States. Our tribe consists of 520 people, and I can represent the voting will of these 520 people.”

Lu Pingping asked, “Before you departed from your tribe, what was the result of the independence referendum within your tribe?”

Tatanka ans replied, “With the help of the staff you sent, our Indian tribe has already passed the public referendum to secede from the United States. The people of our tribe passed this independence referendum proposal with 100% agreent. We have now brought the referendum results, hoping Dream Island will recognize our independence referendum action and urge the US Governnt to transfer the two hundred square kiloters of valley area near our tribe to us, allowing our Indian tribe to establish an independent nation.”

Lu Pingping nodded satisfactorily and said, “Very well, I already understand your situation.”

Then, a 3D laser projection of Earth appeared in mid-air at the front of the eting room, allowing everyone to clearly see the shape of this 3D projected Earth. Lu Pingping pointed with her hand, and this 3D projected Earth rapidly zood in, finally presenting a scaled map of the United States in front of everyone. The 3D Earth continued to zoom in, and eventually, in the western interior of the United States, a piece of land circled in a red fra appeared. From the scale, it could be seen that the area of this circled land was approximately two hundred square kiloters.

From the content of the previous conversation between Lu Pingping and Tatanka ans, it was understood that this land should be the region where Tatanka ans’s Indian tribe applied to establish a nation. This land is located in a flat valley area, with abundant water and grass, rich species, making it a very suitable place for agriculture and animal husbandry production.

Lu Pingping asked, “Tatanka ans, is the area within the red fra the one your tribe is requesting for independence and nation-building?”

Tatanka ans glanced at the image on the 3D map and nodded, “Yes, this is the national land that our Indian tribe is requesting to establish.”

Lu Pingping nodded and said, “I understand. I declare that from now on, this region is the territory of the Indian tribe represented by Tatanka ans, where they will establish their nation. I bestow upon it the country na—Indian Nation. The Indian Nation will receive martial protection from our Dream Island, and no one shall violate them, or they will be opposing our Dream Island.”

Tatanka ans was overjoyed, not expecting his dream of establishing a nation to be realized so simply. With the endorsent of Dream Island and Lu Pingping, it ant his Indian Nation would be as stable as Mount Tai, and no longer fear attacks from others, allowing him to do as he pleased on this vast land. Their tribe had only 520 people, yet they could possess a vast national land of two hundred square kiloters, which was quite a gain for them.

Lu Pingping deliberately demonstrated to everyone how to secede from the United States, fearing that others wouldn’t know how to do it. She hadn’t even verified if this Indian Nation had truly conducted an independence referendum, yet she declared the international status of the Indian Nation with a single order.

According to prior international rules, such matters should be discussed at the United Nations General Assembly and confird only after many repetitions. However, Lu Pingping’s actions officially declared to the world that the powerless United Nations was dissolved from now on; from this point forward, the words from Dream Island would be equivalent to a United Nations statent, and everyone must comply.

Lu Pingping staged a drama of fragnting the United States in front of the old US President. It was foreseeable that with the bad example of the Indian Nation, all ambitious people within the United States would rise up to imitate, finding a territory and conducting so-called independence referendums to make themselves a new country.

The fundantal purpose of Dream Island is to fragnt the United States, so as long as soone dares to imitate, no matter what kind of country they establish afterward, Dream Island will agree and approve their nation-building. In this way, the collapse of the massive United States would beco unavoidable. Although the defeated United States remains powerful, compared to the absolute power one can gain in their independent kingdom, these ambitious people would willingly dismber the United States to elevate their power even further.

After the establishnt of the first Indian Nation, many Aricans in the audience originally seated in the back stared at Lu Pingping eagerly, hoping she would also permit them to build a nation on the spot. But Lu Pingping only used the Indian Nation as a demonstration and wouldn’t conduct a second on-the-spot demonstration, so they had to suppress their excitent and prepare to visit Lu Pingping after the surrender ceremony ended.

Under Lu Pingping’s blow, the old US President was already powerless. He couldn’t retaliate, only repeating, “I oppose, this is our United States land, Dream Island has no right to divide them, and our United States will not recognize their independence.”

Lu Pingping said, “Opposition is invalid. The independence of the Indian Nation has been successful. We will station ard forces within their country to protect their safety. Anyone who dares to attack the Indian Nation will automatically beco an enemy of Dream Island and be rcilessly eliminated by us.”

The old US President looked at Lu Pingping with anger but had no solution. At this mont, he suddenly thought of the diplomats from those small hostile countries before the United States. Those diplomats, when faced with the oppression of the mighty US Governnt, probably felt the sa powerlessness as he did now. Unfortunately, the United States had already lost the martial force it once prided itself on. Even if aggrieved, it couldn’t rebut the unjust treatnt imposed on it.

Lu Pingping continued, “There are still many representatives of the autonomous groups coming from within the United States to Dream Island, all applying for independence referendums to Dream Island, and I have agreed to their applications and arranged them to be seated in the back row.”

Then Lu Pingping turned to the location where the audience at the back was, saying, “You have just seen the entire process of the Indian Nation’s independence. As long as you follow this procedure, Dream Island will recognize all your independence applications and allow you to build a nation on the requested land.”

Finally assured by Lu Pingping, the ambitious Aricans who were anxious at heart suddenly felt relieved. Then their thoughts further broadened, discovering the loophole in Lu Pingping’s rules. They imdiately started plotting other sches, preparing to conduct grander space operations to carve out the largest possible chunk of land from the United States.
